Dear everyone,

It's been quite a busy summer for me,from all the promotions of DTG  and preparing for Por Jun, (Wilson Yip and myself)our latest cops/ action drama！

Another project and another challenge, I like challenges, especially when  there are questions or even doubts about whether if i, as a Chinese  film makers can continue to elevate the standard of our action  movies. There were many comments about DTG, some good and some bad,  and even some which had little idea what they are talking about, I'd  listened to them all. From all of these comments and reviews, I'd  realized that there are many audiences in our community who doesn't  like the idea of moving forward, and continue to cherish glories  which once made us the best action movie makers in the world but  evidently, it's no longer the case. Look at some of the action movies  coming out from other country, Hollywood having their supreme mass  budget and marketing campaign, Koreans and Thailand with Ong Bag/ Tony, they'd all learned our techniques and hired our talents.

I  believe we have rejuvenate our way of seeing and making action  movies, again, it's not just doing great martial arts and stunts but  also the way to shoot them in a cinematic way. Afterall, it's film  makings!

Recently, I've been asked about the Jackie Chan and Jet Li project,  I'm hundred and fifty percents supportive of it and can't wait to see  it myself! It's sad to see some media reporters would like to see  problems among us, when there are only few of us left to support our  martial arts/action movies. We should spend more time to find ways to  stick together to make our industry strong instead of getting a few  controversial headlines.

Anyway, DTG was a comic and Por Jun is going to be realistic,something I prefer. I'll make sure a combination of cinematic freshness and my vision of martial arts shall be injected through our  this film!

 So be patience!!!  actions is coming!!!

这真是个忙碌的夏天～无论从《龙虎门》的宣传还是到《破军》的筹备都忙得一塌糊涂。（《破军》是我和叶伟信最新的警匪动作电影，将会在9月底开拍！）

新的工作，新的挑战，我喜欢挑战，特别是当遇到怀疑我作为一个中国的动作电影制作人还是否能够继续提升动作电影的标准（水平）的怀疑时。关于《龙虎门》的评论有非常多，其中有好有坏并且有一些评论有很多好的想法和建议在里面。对于这些评论我都有关注留意去看。

我觉得许多观众还是沉湎于过去那些荣耀里，这些荣耀的确在过去曾经使到我们成为世界上最优秀动作制片人，但是，这已经成为过去式了。

请看看现在其它国家出品的动作大片，好莱坞有着其超级预算。韩国和泰国的《拳霸》，他们都在学习我们的技术并雇佣我们的人才。我相信我们能够重新创新我们看电影和制作电影的方，这不仅是拍一些大制作和讲求武打技巧的方式，更是在影片上制胜之道。

毕竟，这就是电影创作！

最近，我一直被问到关于成龙和李连杰的合作。我报以百分之一百五十的支持，并且我非常期待看到他们合作的这部影片。很遗憾，看到一些媒体的报道在传言我们之间的问题，我们会花更多的时间来寻找进一步合作的方式，使得我们的电影工业更加的强大而不是为一些令人不快的流言所困扰。

《龙虎门》是一部由漫画改编的电影，《破军》我相信会成为一部现实主义的电影。我要确保电影工业中的新鲜和我的武术理念，都将会通过这部电影展现。

所以，大家耐心等待，耳目一新的动作戏即将登场！
