先下载install.linux，modelsim-base.mis modelsim-docs.mis modelsim-linux.mis
然后运行install.linux，按照提示便可顺利安装。接下来便是搞定license了，在windows下运行破解软件生成license，这个license可以在linux下使用。

Windows的CMD窗口在进入mentorkg.exe所在的路径，输入mentorkg -h   0022775a2e79, '00:22:77:5a:2e:79'为电脑的网卡地址，然后回车即可在mentorkg所在目录，即当前目录生成一个LICENSE.DAT
