【一】本学期,我担任高二年级文科班的英语教学工作。在工作中,本人遵守学校各项制度,按时出勤、上课、组织学生晨读,积极参加市里及学校组织的各种教学活动,严格要求自己,虚心向老教师请教,结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,认真备课、听课、及时反思,使教学工作得以有计划,有组织,有步骤地开展。
