I've submitted my following article to Nature on 31th of Marth but
they said it cannot be published or prepubed there, so I prepub it

Somebody suggested me to submit my article to some magazine,
and this reminded me that none of my previous articles is complete
about this interrupted delayed choice quantumn eraser experiment
yet. So I make a summary for it here, to prepare a submition,
haha.
I'd like to introduce an interrupted delayed choice quantumn

我只记得，几年前李继耐的妹妹李继红为了在美国保释她女儿就一下子拿出了7000万美元的资金和美国房产（其中有一部分可能是朋友的），而李继红是在北京做房地产的老板所以在国内应该还有更多资产。对了，还有那个海航的神秘的股东guanjun先生，好象也是北京人，他把占海航总股份29%的价值180亿美元的股份一下子就全捐赠给了注册在纽约的慈航基金会。那么，仅在北京比李继红背景更大生意更大的人只怕至少要数以百计吧？另外，北京还有多少位guanjun先生？？
北京还有很多其它老板——做IT的，做地产的，各行各业的，还有各种明星名人，就象马未都肯定有7亿身家吧——讲真，就只算北京，资产过亿美元的富豪很有可能就不止325人。
我老家几乎是内蒙古12个地级市中最穷的一个，而内蒙古的经济总量在
经济学里有一个经济循环：货币-资本-商品-货币。马克思就说过这个理论。但是，经济循环不总是自然放大的，也可能会萎缩的，这也是被历史反复证明的，例如各种经济衰退和政府破产。
我2002-2003年在法国留学时就想到了以下这个简单的道理。如果为社会创造有效的价值和财富的行为能够得到包括经济物质和其它方面的合理的激励和回报，社会就形成了积极的正返馈系统，社会将不断地给能够创造有效价值的人提供更好的条件去创造更大的价值并刺激所有人都来创造积极正向的价值。相反地，如果没有为社会创造有效的价值和财富甚至是只给社会带来了损失和破坏但却也得到了经济物质上的激励回报，则社会就形成了负面消极的负返馈系统，社会将不断给这些“坏人”提供制造破坏损失的更大的物质条件并且刺激所有人都来效尤，同时也会打击其它人创造有效价值的动力和信心——我国过去几年中的互联网P2P金融平台的金融诈骗就是一例，而在我看来，那些靠国家征收城郊土地来独占地利的无论农民还是资本也属于这种情况。
从航天科技11所的命运中，突然明白为什么很多国企管理层和员工喜欢基层单位进行混改了。因为，总公司太大，很多东西无法改变。基层单位更灵活，改了以后，组织、人员和管理马上就可以实现很多急迫的转变，无论事业上还是个人待遇上都更有前途。
这个结局，对航天科技来说，还不如当年把京11所给混改了。虽然，我并不赞同这种因为总体无法改变而被迫对局部进行混改的方案，但是，对航天科技和11所技术人员来说，总是好过现在这种尴尬的结果。
也许11所当初能找到有兴趣的外来资本混改一下，就能继续研发系列甲烷机和复用火箭，也就不会有今天的尴尬局面了。我也有点理解混改了，其实，我前一阵子对其它央企某些下属单位的混改还很不理解。
只是，这种混改和我希望的不一样。我希望的是航天科技总公司改得象美国那些股权分散的百年老店一样：整体上市，所有权与经营权相分离，形成专业的职业管理团队和相应的管理体系，形成市场化的激励报酬机制。这也是美国大多数成功大企业的体制吧？只是，对于中国央企来说，不知为什么实现得较少。
很多人将日本30年经济停滞的原因归结于美国的打压，这是非常片面的错误理解。日本经济本就是成也萧何败也萧何。
日本经济一直是出口导向型的经济，缺乏内生增长的动力，尤其是，日本经济高度依赖对美出口，而且日本依靠自己特殊的社会文化体制一度形成了对美国制造业的压倒性成本优势和融资优势，事实上，正是对美出口和对美贸易顺差造就了日本经济的高速成长和世界第二经济大国的地位。
无论美日达成什么广场协定，如果日本经济是基于内生增长动力的，则对日本的影响都是有限的，相反地，恰恰是因为日本经济高度依赖对美出口和对美顺差，所以，日元升值后才会重创日本制造业（日本制造业大规模迁往海外），而日本内部房地产泡沫破裂又宣告了日本转向内生增长的生活大国的政策的彻底失败。
这种内外失和，才是导致日本经济30年停滞的根本原因。美国保护国内产业，无可厚非，事实上，日本正是靠美国市场成为第二大世界经济强国，日本的根本问题在于自身过度依赖出口而且自身市场泡沫破裂，这是日本自己的问题而不是美国导致的。
