昨天终于把房龙的《宽容》看完了，感觉颇有裨益。无论是人类的宗教或是文化，其中都蕴含着宽容的巨大意义，于是今天把高中学过的《宽容序言》贴出，与大家共勉。

Happy lived Mankind in the peaceful Valley of Ignorance.
To the north, to the south, to the west and to the east stretched the ridges of the Hills Everlasting.
A little stream of Knowledge trickled slowly through a deep worn gully.
It came out of the Mountains of the Past.
It lost itself in the Marshes of the Future.
It was not much, as rivers go. But it was enough for the humble needs off the villagers.
