身为一个儿童牙科医生和一个一岁半孩子的妈妈，没有生孩子之前我在临床上只是建议夜奶的孩子停掉，用奶瓶的比母乳的更迫切，作为一个医生我没有切身体会究竟这对母亲和孩子意味着什么，实现的难易程度。生了孩子之后，我终于理解很多妈妈的无奈和妥协是怎么来的。

对于孩子来说按照书本来养育不现实，我们知道什么是好的，但是我们有时候我们对于这个小怪物真的很无奈。孩子刚生出来，我就开始憧憬过了满月、百天，孩子就可以睡整觉了。我也知道有的孩子是这样的，但是后来发现难以实现。新妈妈的精神和身体那段阶段是最难熬的。到了孩子半岁，我本来是想断夜奶的，也没断成，后来就想等到长牙，我家孩子长牙晚，十个月才长第一颗，我就开始诚惶诚恐的刷牙，牙线，还是想断，没断成。一岁之后终于成功了。这其中的艰辛，我相信大部分妈妈都是懂得的。

孩子睡了整觉之后，我发现我的生活一下子明亮起来。我终于可以活得近似一个正常人啦！

直到现在我回到中国工作，我发现很多家长虽然学习了育儿知识，普遍知道了母乳喂养好。但是他们不知道无限制的母乳喂养是不好的。我不是说不能喂奶，不能喂母乳，但是我希望家长们掌握一个时间和度，过犹不及
