本文是OPQ(Occupational Personality Questionaire, 职业性格问卷) 32个性格维度的英文解释。
OPQ把性格特点划分为三个大的方面: 与人际关系(Relationships with People), 思维模式(Thinking Style), 情绪和情感(Feelings and Emotions)。
下面是每一个维度的英文解释,第一段代表低得分描述(Low score description), 第二段代表高得分解释(High score description)。
一. Relationships with People 人际关系
1. Persuasive 有说服愿意的
Low score description: rarely pressures others to change their views, dislikes selling, less comfortable using negotiation
High score description: enjoys selling, comfortable using negotiation, likes to change other people’s view
2. Controlling 有控制意愿的
happy to let others take charge, dislikes telling people what to do, unlikely to take the lead
likes to be in charge, takes the lead, tells others what to do, takes control
3. Outspoken 直率的
holds back from criticising others, may not express own views, unprepared to put forward own opinions

4. Independent Minded 想法独立的
