  这个星期天气意外地变凉爽了,最高温度居然只有29度,也不用开空调了。夏天每次开空调,虽然舒服,但总怕好男儿没有盖好毯子会着凉,所以每晚我和Cutelady睡觉前都会看一下他有没有盖好。不过,十次里有九次毛毯被他掀掉在一边,最夸张的是有时候这个人是横着睡的一个窍门就能让你做出超有面子的泡菜饼!从出生到现在,好男儿都是一个人睡的,现在即使让他跟我们睡,他最多和我们热乎一阵,然后说要一个人睡去了。从出生到现在7周岁,每天都是8点半前睡觉,除了除夕夜例外,早上他醒来就起床,很多时候6点半不到就起来了,中午再加至少一个小时的午睡,所以身高,发育指标都蛮不错的,这点要归功于我家的Cutelady,孩子的习惯要从小培养,在还真没错,先培养生活习惯然后是学习习惯,这些可都伴随我们一生的啊。昨天晚上Vincent说,爸爸,我出书了,你看看。好家伙!原来是自己画的,画好后他用胶水粘在一起,每本“书”10页,一共三大本,每本是一个系列,每个系列里画的都是各个年代的恐龙,然后他给我讲解,我只要在一旁好好聆听就可以了啊一个窍门就能让你做出超有面子的泡菜饼

 

  今天给大家推荐好吃的泡菜饼。很多人都做过泡菜饼,都知道很好吃。可是对于厨房新手来说,看人家做是一回事,但自己做又是另一回事,那个晃锅技术也不是头一回就能掌握的啊!所以Tony今天想出了两种办法给你解决这个技术问题,让你在家人面前也好,客人面前,乃至同事面前赚足面子啊哈哈!人嘛,有时获得赞美也是一种精神快乐啊,特别是来自家人的赞美乃是煮夫我最大的快乐!

 

  泡菜的技术问题解决了,外在美有了,但对于美食来说内在的才是王道啊!那么这款泡菜饼里到底放了哪一样最最关键的调料,让它的味道如此迷人了?那就往下看吧呵呵!

原料:泡菜 鸡蛋 面粉 水

调料:白糖  香油

做法:

1.泡菜适量;

2.把泡菜切碎,但不要太碎了以免影响口感;

3.切好后放入容器里;

4.加入两个鸡蛋;

5.放入一勺左右的香油;

6.放入一平勺白糖;

7.搅拌均匀;

8.加入适量面粉;

9.再加水朝一个方向调成面糊;

10.准备好一个洋葱;

11.把洋葱竖放;

12.竖着把洋葱切片,切的宽度就是你要泡菜饼的厚度;

13.切成片;

14.看看是不是一个个圆圈圈就有了;

15.锅里稍微放点油,把洋葱圈放在锅中;

16.加入面糊,让其在洋葱内部扩散到四周;

17.除了用洋葱圈也可以用别的圆形的工具,我还有个工具用来压出饺子皮的,也很好用;

18.过几分钟后用勺子沿洋葱四周嵌一下,洋葱和面糊就脱离了,然后翻面,这样的饼很快就熟的;

总结一下这款泡菜饼的好吃好看的秘诀:

1.做泡菜饼的时候加鸡蛋可以让口感更好,我加了两个,泡菜饼更加软棉;

2.在面糊里放白糖,会让泡菜饼更鲜美;

3.放入香油才是这款泡菜饼的独家秘籍啊,泡菜饼会散发迷人的味道啊!

4.要好看,如果没有晃锅技术,那么就用我今天的方法,用洋葱圈解决,不过面糊放入洋葱圈后不要马上把洋葱圈拿起来,要过一会,这时你发现面糊和洋葱圈是粘连的,所以用勺子慢慢沿四周嵌下去就可以让他们脱离了。

5.泡菜饼很薄,所以记得要开小火,很快就熟的。

This technique sounds extremely simple, but you won't believe how much it can instantaneously increase your peace of mind.
