Yoga <wbr>17 <wbr>(Meditation <wbr>Feelings)

While we practice Meditation, never force yourself to follow your thoughts or anything, this time feel like a child, the child cry for candy, the pure heart like  a child, the pure happiness like a child. Child don't know how and why to hate others, they just enjoy their play and the time with parents. Child don't know about this materialistic world, not running here and there for money and for peace, so while meditation we have to be like a child then only we can enjoy.

当我们练习冥想时,绝不要强迫你自己去跟随你的思想或任何东西。你要感觉自己是一个孩子,孩子为了得到一颗糖就会哭,让你的心灵纯洁的像个孩子,享受孩子那样简单的快乐。孩子不知道为什么或怎样去恨别人,他们只是享受玩的乐趣以及和父母在一起的时光。孩子不知道这个物质的世界,不会东奔西跑的去赚钱或到处去寻找安宁。我们必须使自己回到孩子的状态,然后就可以享受冥想。
       Meditation is just a flow of practice, flow of breath, flow of peaceful state, flow of relaxed and consciousness, the pure consciousness state. This time you have to imagine that you are a child and crying for peace, crying for entering into a Meditation the internal journey, and then you can feel your Guru will lead you towards this wonderful journey, but for this no need so much patience and courage, if you will so eager and so excited then you can't enter into this wonderful world. So let yourself free, free from everything. Patience is the key.

冥想只是一种练习,一种呼吸,一种放松,一种宁静的状态,一种纯净的意识状态。此时,你应该把自己想象成一个孩子,在祈求和平、祈求进入一次内在的冥想旅程,然后你就会感觉到你的老师会带领你走向这个美妙的旅程。但是,你并不需要那么多的勇气,如果你太急切、太兴奋,就不能进入这个奇妙的世界。放松自己,抛开一切,耐心是关键。
      Most of the time students asked me a question,"they can't follow the same things, what i'm saying, and can't concentrate." this is because you are forcing yourself to do, you are forcing to meditate, forcing yourself to concentration. Meditation and concentration is not forcefully practice, this is  a just a flow of our of pure consciousness.

很多时候学生问我一个问题,他们的思想为什么不能跟随同一件事情,跟随我的话,不能集中注意力?这是因为你在强迫你自己去做,强迫自己去冥想,强迫自己去集中。冥想和专注不是强迫性的练习,只是一种很自然的纯净的意识流。
     Feel free when you wanna meditate, feel like a child, wear light and lose clothing, not same as normal yoga classes. feel free form outside and inside then only you can enjoy the real journey of Meditation...

当你冥想时,放松自己,感觉像个小孩,和平时的瑜伽课不一样,感觉自己处在光明之中,忘掉一切身外之物。从外到内都感觉自己很自由,你就能享受真正的冥想旅程……
