Few days back I had a chance to meet a wonderful person and teacher named “Yoke” or Yoga, he is really a nice guy, actually I seldom had chance to attend other teacher’s lectures or classes, but he came to my city for a training and I had a chance to attend his opening class, feeling was nice.
     几天前结识一位非常优秀的瑜伽老师--于伽。现在参加其他老师课程的机会不多，但是这次于伽老师的巡回培训让我有幸参加他的公开课，感觉很棒。

     After that we all went out for dinner, and I feel he is quite interesting guy, like to eat special dishes in different cities, and the last day I had to go Sanya for my training so we went out to eat Indian food and talk a lot.
     活动后我们一起去吃晚饭，于伽老师十分风趣，还是个美食家，成培训契机尝遍各地美食。去三亚前，我也尽地主之谊，邀老师吃一顿印度大餐。
