一款低糖高钙的好饼干--->

切达奶酪酥饼干

 

切达奶酪是世界上最受欢迎的奶酪之一,质地较软,颜色从

白色到浅黄不等,味道也因为储藏时间长短而不同,有的微

甜(9个月)、有的味道比较重(24个月)。

 

切达奶酪是一种原制奶酪,或称为天然奶酪。一般说来,

10公斤鲜奶才能做1公斤的奶酪,所以说奶酪是牛奶的精华。

配料

低筋面粉135克,切达奶酪片(cheddar cheese)90克,

黄油70克,糖粉40克,鸡蛋1大勺(15ML),盐4克

表面装饰及调味:鸡蛋适量,纯巴马奶酪粉适量

烘焙:175度,25分钟左右,至表面金黄色

将面团放在保鲜膜上,再盖上一曾保鲜膜。然后然后用擀面杖擀
平成0.5CM厚度的的面片。

用圣诞小人模具按出饼干形状。用圣诞树模具按出饼干形状。
(模具网上可买到)


饼干整齐的码到烤盘中。在饼干的表面刷上一层蛋液,再撒上一些
纯巴马芝士粉.

入烤箱 160度30分钟。中层 上下火. 烘焙最后几分钟要注意观察上色

情况。差不多即可。

主妇心得:

1、切达奶酪,cheedar cheese,在大部分超市能买到。

2、饼干的口感是咸甜的。低糖高钙.

3、奶酪在高温烘焙的时候会有稍微的焦化,所以成品表面会有些斑点的感觉.

4、纯巴马奶酪粉,在大型超市都可以买到,网上也可以买到,我就是网络购买的.
