The power of caring and letting go

Relax your body, relax your breath. And take a deep full breath into your
belly, into your legs, into your chest and your back. And feel yourself
alive and present inside yourself.

 

放松你的身体, 放松你的呼吸。深深的吸入一口气,让它进入你的腹部,进入你的腿
部,你的胸部,你的背部。在你身体的内部感觉到你的存在。

 

We're moving to the area of your belly, and sense of caring, and
relationship. Put your consciousness into the area of your belly as you
breathe. There is a place in your belly that tells you about caring. Apathy
turns to caring as you allow yourself to feel. Notice your willingness to
expand your belly place as you breathe.  For this is the place that tells you
what you care about. This is the place that connects you to other people,
and places, and things.

 

再深吸一口气,让它进入你的腹部,这里有你的关心,关系的感觉。在你呼吸的时候,
把你的意识带进你腹部的这个地方。这就是告诉你关心所在的地方。如果你允许自己去
感觉冷淡就会转化成为关心。请注意在你呼吸的时候你有意志去扩张你的腹部感觉区
域。因为这个区域告诉你关心的是什么。是这个地方把你和其他人,其他地方以及其他
事情联系起来。

 

Feel yourself gently rocking inside your belly, gently breathe. If you like
you could put your hands on your belly. And notice the relationship between
the fullness of your inhale and gentle release of your exhale. Allow the
gentleness color of orange to live inside yourself.

 

感觉你自己在你的腹部里面轻轻地舞动着,温柔地呼吸着。如果你愿意,你可以把手放
在你的腹部。观照着你全然的吸气和慢慢地吐气之间的关系。去感觉有一片温柔的桔黄色
在你的身体里面。

 

As you allow yourself to care, to care about what lives inside you,notice
any sadness that arises. For as apathy turns to caring, we allow ourselves
to grieve. And in the grieving,  we let go  into a state of ease.

 

当允许你自己去关心,关心在你身体里面的那些活着的部分的时候,注意到有一种痛苦
的感觉在升起。因为当冷漠向关心转化的时候,允许你自己去感受到那份悲伤。在这份
悲伤的情绪里,我们放下,从而进入一种自在的状态。

 

Shift your attention to your solar plexus. The place your diaphragm lives.
And allow yourself to live there for a while. Any form of sadness, even the
smallest, this is just a variation of the emotion of grieve. We grieve
whenever we let go anything particularly what we hold dear. So be aware of
your ability to feel sadness. Be aware of your relationship to letting go.

 

现在请把你的注意力转到你的心窝,那是你的隔膜生长的地方,让你自己呆在那里一会
儿。任何形式的痛苦即便是最小的那种,都是悲伤情绪的一个表现。无论什么时候当我
们放下一些东西,尤其是那些我们觉得很重要的东西,我们都会感到悲伤。所以请觉察
到你感受痛苦的能力,觉察你和放下的关系。

 

There are parts of you that have let go off so much. You have a life well
lived. And in this experience you've been required to move and move again
and again. In the grieving we create honor. For the part of us that has been
through the experience and for the part of us that has let it go. This is
part of you and this is yet another gift you give yourself. The gift of your
own experience. Allow yourself to feel sadness. For it holds within itself a
shining light. And in that light is the state of ease returning. Take this
moment now, to offer yourself the gift of this ease,  in the experience of
acknowledgement of what you let go.

 

你的某些部分放下了非常非常的多。你曾经拥有过那么美好的生活。在眼前的这个经验
中,你必须移动,再移动,再移动。在悲伤中我们创造了尊重。你的一部分走过了这段
经历,你的一部分也放下了这段关系。这些都是你的一部分,然而这一部分也是你给你
自己的一份礼物。这个礼物就是你自己的经验。允许你自己去感觉痛苦。因为正是在
这份痛苦里包含着一束闪亮的光芒,在这光芒里是那份自在在回归你自己。请就在此
刻,在你认可了那份放下的经验时,给你自己这份重新获得轻松自在的礼物。

 

You notice the feeling of sadness itself in your body. Notices this
sensation around your breathing, around your diaphragm and your chess. Know
that as sure as your blood and your bone. The sadness has lived inside. It is both
your challenge and your power. In this moment you seek not to avoid it,  or
punish it, or cover it, or keep it in its place. But rather to open it. To
feel its presence. And to reintegrate its energy.

 

你注意到你身体内部的那种痛苦的感觉,注意到这种感觉围绕着你的呼吸,围绕着你的
隔膜,你的胸口,你明白这种感觉的真实就像你的血液和骨头。这份痛苦就生活在你
身体的内部。它是你的挑战,它也是你的力量所在。在此刻你不要企图回避它,或是惩
罚它,或是掩盖它,或是把它放在某个地方不理它。此刻,你就是要去打开它,去面对
它,去感觉它的存在,去重新赢回那份力量!

 

It has held that part of you which may have let you to feel depressed, or
lazy, or incapable, or whether that showed  up as emotion or feeling or
action. The hidden place, where you find you reserves, and where you find
again your ability to rise and move and create, is right here.

 

这份痛苦感觉下面的能量一直在抓住你身体的那个部位,它让你感觉到沮丧,懒散,或
是无能,无论它是用情绪、感觉、还是行动表现出来。就是在这你被抓住的部分,这造
成你痛苦的感觉的能量中,找到你的力量的源泉,当你赢回了这股能量,你就重新获得
你站起来向前移动的能力,重新获得你的创造力!

 

So as your breathe in, and as you breathe out, the recognition of the sadness
itself gives you the opportunity to take that energy and again to use it.
You already created your power of choice. You already made a statement of
caring. Now I invite you to turn that grieve into the possibility of  state
of ease. And with that ease envision yourself moving through the experience
of your day, this day and the days to come.

 

所以在你吸气的时候,在你呼气的时候,认识这份痛苦并与之共存,就给你自己一个机会
去赢回这份能量,重新使用这份能量。此时,你已经创造出了选择的力量,你已经承诺
要去关心。现在我邀请你把那份悲伤转化为一种自在的可能。带着那份自在,想像你自
己穿越了今天的经验,用全新的自己面对今天和未来。

 

Doing, feeling and experiencing that which you are called to do. Allowing
and expressing the creativity that move through you. And finding again that
state of Being that allows you to create, to express, to enjoy. These are
the gifts of language as ease gently returns. "I am", "I have", "I
create", and "I allow".

 

去做,去感觉,去经验那生命呼唤你的使命。允许、表带那穿过你的创造力。你重新找
回你的那个真实的存在的自己,允许自己去创造,去表达,去享受!当自在慢慢地回到
你的时候,请说:"我在"、"我有"、"我创造"、"我允许"!

 

As you begin now your journey back to your consciousness, notice the gift of
ease in your body and in your breath. Consciously choose to bring this ease
back with you. And fill your solar plexus now with the most glorious color
of yellow. Now you can refer to this inside your body whenever you choose.
"I am " ,"I have", I create" and "I allow". Take a deep breath in and
welcome back..

 

在你开始回到你的意识的旅途中,请注意那份自在的礼物在你的身体里,在你的呼吸
中。在意识中选择让自在回到你的身体。用那光芒的黄色充满你的心窝。当你面对选择
的时候,你可以借助这黄色的光芒。你大声的对自己说:"我在","我有","我创
造","我允许"。
