    每个吃过面包的家庭可能都曾遇到这样的情况,大个的吐司一天吃不完,不小心忘记密封保存,结果隔天变得又干又硬;又或者面包存放的时间比较长,过了几天还没吃完,但已经变得硬梆梆跟石头似的,无法食用。

    如何让这样的面包还能废物再利用呢?

    坨坨妈来教你一些精明主妇的小窍门。

    1、如果只是没密封,隔夜的面包,干得不是很厉害,还想将就吃,可以将面包表面喷少量净水,装入保鲜袋内,封好口,入微波炉高火叮一分钟,面包立即就会重新变得柔软;

    2、如果面包剩得不多,只是些边边角角,自己又不想再扫残,可以将面包撕碎,入烤箱150度烤5分钟,取出晾凉后,装入保鲜袋中用擀面杖碾碎,或者放入料理机中打成粉末,制成面包糠(做完后要立即密封保存),做油炸食物的时候用来作裹粉,口感会很酥脆;

    3、如果剩的面包比较多,又已经放了两三天了,不想再回炉吃的话,可以试试下面这种方法,将剩面包做成面包布丁,试一下另一种完全不同口感的吃法,岂不是很美妙?

 

    下图是被我家儿子撕得跟狗啃似的面包,最可气的是他偷吃了也不说一声,等我发现的时候已经干硬得象劈柴,我正看着这一片狼藉发愁,突然想起好象在哪本烘培书上看过面包布丁的做法,于是决定试一试!

水果面包布丁

原料:牛奶250克、白砂糖20克、鸡蛋2个、香草精数滴、面包150克、肉桂粉5克、糖粉8克、各式水果适量(品种随意)

1、牛奶小火加热至沸腾时关火,加入白砂糖搅拌均匀至糖溶化;

2、鸡蛋打散,加入3-5滴香草精(没有可不加),搅打均匀;

3、将牛奶慢慢加入蛋液中,一边加一边搅打均匀,即成布丁液;

4、面包切成小丁;

5、取一大烤碗,将面包丁装入碗中,并用手稍稍用力按紧实,使表面平整;

6、将布丁液均匀的浇在面包表面;

7、糖粉和肉桂粉混合均匀,制成肉桂糖;

8、将肉桂糖均匀的筛在烤碗表面,烤盘中注入热水,烤箱预热,200度,中层,上下火,25-35分钟;

9、烤布丁的同时,可将自选的各式水果洗净去皮,切成小丁;

10、最后将烤好的布丁取出,将水果均匀的装饰在布丁表面即可。
