what does it mean to be "together"? how would you define this word in your own way? i like the way it sounds, and the whole romantic (in my opinion) idea behind it.

just the other day while filming, i saw an old couple holding hands, crossing the road. i reckon they should be around their 80s or so. it warms my heart each time i see an image as such.. everlasting love.

i once spoke to an elderly woman (whilst trying to find out more about the 60s period), she made this comment: while women of those times didn't get to marry the man of their dreams, their marriage lasted and love blossomed, whereas the so called "true love" of today can't even stand the test of time.

i agree. have times changed? or have we changed?
definitions change.
be it "love", be it "together", be it "forever".
but one thing remains a constant to me.. my belief in "happily-ever-after".
i believe i will find the person who will still hold my hand when i'm old and bent over.
that to me, will be happiness.
