GROMACS实例分析2：碳纳米管周期体系

最早读博期间，主要用NAMD来模拟气体/水在碳纳米管中的扩散，转成Gromacs后发现网上教程不多，偶尔有几个付费的视频（有一定的启发），也有不少错误（比如碳纳米管的周期性问题）。这里做一个简单的讲解（在实例分析1的基础上）。

目标：计算Ar在(8,8)armchair式碳纳米管中的扩散系数。

第一步：构建一个纳米管

这里比较推荐Material Studio，Avogadro（Build->Nanotube Builder），不过还有专门针对构建纳米管的软件：Nanotube Modeler（该软件目前看来对于初学者相当方便，比Avogadro的优势是可以建超长的纳米管，比如超过50 nm）。

目前在中国大抵有两种单词记忆的方法：一种称词根词缀法；一种称联想记忆法。

词根词缀法类似于中文的偏旁部首，比如reform (re-form 重新-形式 --- 改革)，transform (trans-form 转化-形式 --- 变形)；

联想记忆法比较俏皮，利用谐音图像等方法千方百计记忆单词。比如suicide(sui-ci-de 用拼音一读“碎死的”，联想到自杀)，gloom(g代表哥哥，m代表妹妹，gloom形象一点类似”g”100”m”，俏皮地解读成哥哥和妹妹相聚100米，哥哥很忧郁)；

这两种方法配合使用，可以帮助你解决很多的单词，我们的夜宵课基本都是这样讲解的。如果未来要学习GRE的同学更会由于这些方法而受益。然而，这样
