迈丘设计鉴赏 | 厦门万科湖心岛

万科湖心岛，位于福建厦门岛内唯一的淡水资源－湖边水库中央，建筑面积近20万㎡，项目投资约52.2亿元。周边将建设医疗、文娱、学校、社区公共服务中心等多个设施，附近紧邻几大商业圈，购物、生活、娱乐一应俱全。
延续鼓浪屿建筑文脉，项目采用新古典主义建筑风格，多层组团与院内多重景观相结合，将景观延伸进室内空间。设“中央主轴景观”，取意“中央公园”的休闲意象，高层住宅，建于的广场一侧，尽收公园美景。雕塑、水景、小品贯穿“景观次轴”，井然有序的树阵与沿途的建筑体相得益彰，构成尺度宜人的景观序列。曲折向前的街道，直道的长度均不超过80米，其中节点形成小型回廊绿化空间，让步伐慢下来，形成自然艺术走廊。在寓所、围墙、绿篱的围合下，设私家别墅后院，假山小池，亭榭花溪，增加诗意，为业主提供休闲娱乐场所。车库，设置巨大采光井，引入自然光，形成透亮的停泊环境。结合景观轴线布局，以环形交通设计，强化车库内的方向感和可识别性，通过人车分流的实现，使地面街道成为安全，舒适的步行空间。近6万平米的环湖公园，强调回归自然的原生态，为公众提供更好的活动后花园；保留自行车道系统，新增以日出、日落为主题的公园景观。湿地公园设计也是环湖公园的一大亮点；通过雨水收集，既能利用雨水回收补充水景，节水节能降低公共部分的用水量。与此同时，湿地公园本身也是一个景观，希望能吸引白鹭，天鹅等鸟类在此栖息，创造和谐的生态环境。
Heart of Lake Project of Vanke is located in center of the Reservoir, the only fresh water resource of Xiamen Island, Fujian. The GFA is almost 200,000 sqm and the investment is about 5.22 billion RMB. Surrounded by the planned hospital, entertainment area, school and public service center, etc, the project has excellent environment with complete supporting facilities of shopping, living and environment. 
Following Gulangyu Island’s architectural context, the project adopts the new-classic style. Multi groups and yard landscapes are combined together, extending the landscape inside.Inspired by Central Park, designers set the Green View Central Axis. The high-rise residential buildings are set in one side of the plaza, overlooking the whole site. Sculptures, waterscape and sketches go along the Green View Axis. The well-arranged trees are plant appropriately in harmony with the buildings along the road to form the comfortable landscape. The winding streets with the length no more than 80 meters, slow down people’s walk by small green corridor spaces and form the natural art corridor. Enclosed by the buildings, fences and hedges, the yards behind the villas are set as the small private garden with man-made hills and pools, providing the leisure area. Set large area light well and bring the natural light inside the garage. According to the landscape axis, design the circled traffic to strengthen the direction of the inside and the identifiability of the garage. Through the dividingtraffic system of people and vehicle, provide safer walking road. The park around the lake with an area of about 60,000 sqm provides better activity space back to the original nature. Keep the bicycle patch and add two landscape parks themed in sunrise and sunset. The wetland park highlights the park around the lake; adopt the rain collection system, taking full use of the raindrop to supplement the waterscape and reducing the water supply for the public area. Meanwhile, the wetland is also a landscape for bringing morebirds, such as egrets, swans, to inhabit in the harmonious environment.
