教学目标:
1.学生能听、说、读、写单词:Sunday, Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
Saturday.
2.学生能听懂新句型 What day is today
?并能正确回答。 以及能听懂句子How many days are there in a week ?

3.学生能听懂并会唱歌曲“He’s wearing red
trousers”
学情分析:四年级学生已经接触了一年多英语,基本能听懂教师的课堂用语和指令,大部分学生热爱英语,课堂氛围活跃。
教学重难点:
1.学生能听懂,会说,认读并书写词汇:day, today,
week.
2.学生能听懂会说句子What day is today
?
3.星期类这七个单词的记忆和背诵。
教学过程:
Step 1 : Class opening and
review
Greeting: Hello, boys and
girls. How are you ? Nice to meet you !
Review: Before our new class,
let’s review some words. OK?
教师出示前几节课学习的衣服类词汇图片,师问:What is this ?生答:This is a
______. 师问: What are these?
生答: These are
_______.
(鼓励回答正确的学生,从而提高学生的积极性)

出示日历问What is this ? 引出本课主题“Days
of the week”
(1)教授星期类词汇:Sunday, Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
Saturday.
(师领读,生跟读,分组读,拍手快慢读单词)
教师分别提问What is the meaning ?
出示汉译,并介绍加拿大的日历,第一天是星期日,了解西方的文化。
(2)介绍新句型:What day is it ? It’s
_______.
(3)教师提问How many days are there
in a week ? 师生Let’ s count , 得出答案

每个单词都是以day结尾,首字母大写。 课件出示星期类顺口溜,方便学生记忆单词,师生一起朗读。
