其实发表SCI文章不容易但也并不难，说不容易是因为本学科SCI杂志有限，很多期刊都是双月刊、季刊。有的期刊一年才发表三十多篇。全世界从事科研的人众多，大家都想在SCI杂志上发表，可谓僧多粥少。于是就成就了好的期刊的高拒稿率。说不难是因为只要有新点子且掌握一定的技巧，付出辛苦和汗水，就一定会有收获的。发表SCI文章，我个人觉得应该注意以下几点：

第一条就是选题要新。好的文章应能激起读者的兴趣，而国际前沿的新课题是最能引起读者兴趣的。实际上只有文章能引起读者的兴趣，编辑才愿意接收，出版商才有利可图，才能换来不收版面费的良性循环。

第二条是期刊的选择，每一种期刊都有她的喜好，同样的文章在某个期刊上不受欢迎，在另一个期刊上可能会大受欢迎。可以通过查看期刊的Scope和查阅接收的文章了解。另外期刊的审稿周期会从十几天到几个月不等，如果是月刊，审稿周期会短些，如果是季刊，特别是知名季刊，审稿周期怎么也得四个月。稿件的处理周期一般会在发表的文章中有体现。

第三条是文章结构，在写文章前一定要好好斟酌文章结构，一旦结构定下来了，再改就不容易了，就要大动干戈了。一开始时定结构比较难，可多参考别人的文章，多参考好的杂志上的文章，等到写的多了，就会有自己的风格了。

第四条是不要怕被拒，拒稿是正常的，通常情况下，第一版投稿是要被拒的。但只要没拒死就有希望。即便是被拒死了，如果能获得审稿人的意见，也不算白投，每一次投稿过程对自己都是一种提高。一定要认真对待审稿人的意见，逐条回答，态度决定一切！

第五条是在国际上发表文章，一定不要像在国内那样，我的体会是在国内发表文章，要把简单问题复杂化，问题越复杂，越不容易被拒。而在国际上发表文章，一定要把复杂问题简单化，要像讲故事一样把每一个观点用通俗的语言讲清楚。国内、国外的这种区别，我个人觉得与我们的版面篇幅有关，在国内发表文章，就四五页，去掉引言、结论、参考文献，想把问题阐述透都难。在国际上发表文章，一篇文章双栏十几页，不把问题讲明白就甭想发。

第六条是注重细节，细节决定成败。文章尽量用专业的排版软件如Latex来处理。图片的清晰度要高，要美，一幅图要表现尽可能多的信息，但不要影响整体效果。参考文献的编写一定要规范，要尽可能引用所要发表期刊上的文章，因为期刊需要提高影响因子，需要你做贡献，有的期刊在文章发表前会直接提出此要求。公式，符号说明一定要表达清楚，该写的写，不该写的不要写。有很多期刊，外审前第一步就是要Technique Check，所以一定要在细节上下功夫。

第七条是英文的润色，英文不好是正常的，因为我们是讲中文的。重要的是尽我们可能把英文表达好。尽量使用简单的句子，有条件的可以找一个懂专业的外国朋友帮着润色。没条件的可以拿本字典逐句校对。平时阅读别人的文章时多积累比较好的句子。不要担心会有抄袭的嫌疑，从两三个人的文章里拿些句子是抄袭，如果是从几百个人、几千个人的文章里各拿个句子就不是抄袭了，这是一个度的问题。

第八条是文章要反复改，一篇文章自己不改上十遍不要投。文章改几遍后可以放一段时间再改。每一遍都会觉得有提高，都会觉得改的值。自己改的遍数多了，实际上可以缩短审稿时间！因为文章在编辑手中返回一次的时间要比我们在下面多改几次的时间要长很多，而且文章的档次会有所提高，增加了一次接收的机率。

下面我把我的一篇文章的投稿经历和大家分享一下(另一篇直接接收，四个审稿人的意见都很积极，没有代表性)。从Reject & Resubmit 到Accept，充分说明只要不被拒死，就是有希望的。

The paper is poorly written, with many misspellings and a seemingly random placement of content. I see no need to compare … with …. Also, all of the hardware and software details for the implementation of the controller are largely irrelevant. The readers will not care what microprocessor was used, for example. The … strategy is poorly presented. The classical additive output disturbance assumption is presented in equation (25), yet the point of the paper is to use …….
