RIPA裂解液成分用量

RIPA裂解液成分用量：

Tris（MW121.14, PH7.5）：3.02g（50mM）

NaCl：4.38g（150mM ）

TritonX-100：5ml（1%）

脱氧胆酸钠：5g（1%）

SDS：0.5g（0.1%）

蒸馏水：定容至500ml

RIPA裂解液配制方法：

按配方称取各成分，先用300ml蒸馏水溶解

调pH值至7.5

用蒸馏水定容至500ml

混匀后4℃保存，长期保存于-20℃

使用时，加入蛋白酶抑制剂(protease inhibitor)cooktail
