  12月26日凌晨进洞途中，无缘无故摔倒，揣在棉外套口袋中的梳子从中断开。袋中还装有一只棉手套，餐巾纸等软质物品，早晨发现木梳断开，心中有不祥的预感！

  26日从洞中出关大家都很兴奋，马老兴致勃勃地安排着27日表演空中飞身下山的特技表演准备，参与人员十人。由于摔跤与断梳的警示，心中有些不安，所以在安排采血等准备事宜时，马老看出了我有些犹豫，其实我担心的不是采血，而是安全问题！但我无法打消大家的兴致，只有默许以对！

  出关的兴奋加之第二日的计划，大家都兴奋地忘了时间。白发道长严辞之语给大家泼了盆冷水，众人散去各自休息。当晚，安排第二日配合的师兄突发急性肾炎伴尿道炎，疼痛整夜未眠。27日晨9：00左右急速下山。据其事后自己描述，车驶过哪吒肉身坟后，便觉身体轻松。

12月28日中午江油市区团聚

  席间提到白发老道长说话语气一事，我笑着说“过去的事就让它过去吧，其实我们应该谢谢老道长帮了我们大忙！”

  回成都后，聊到26日摔跤一事才知道，26日晨7：00左右，成都一位老师也无缘无故摔了一大跤，摔伤了右腿膝部、上嘴唇和手背！

  这一切难道都是巧合？？？！！！

  从12月17日江油集合到12月26日黑洞辟谷出关，全程严格禁食，除25日晚喝生姜红糖水驱寒以外，每日饮水不超过300ml。27日到银光洞，吃几颗生花生，当晚在劝说下吃一个小的烤土豆。

  金光洞辟谷第二日，明显感觉心跳加快，双手内关穴位置胀痛，膻中穴及胸肋骨疼痛。调整呼吸，按揉内关、膻中穴，辟谷第三日心跳加快现象得到明显改善。洞中辟谷第五日，内关、膻中穴及胸肋骨疼痛消失。

  28日中午江油聚餐，无饥饿感，精力充沛，吃少量蔬菜。于下午15：44分火车回成都，结束江油金光洞冬至辟谷养生之行。
