编织过程：别线起针132，前片46，后片42，肩各20，茎为1针上针。前领中心平16针，引返按2-1-5,2-2-2,2-3-2。

从后片数加针20次，前领（不含螺纹）量起长21厘米换浅色线，织两行后分袖，茎都分给正身，腋下各加12针，正身圈起后276针，平铺胸围56，不加不减织到够长，双螺纹。

机器领织法：拆去别线穿起来，织一行上针。接下来第一行：一针下针，一针空加针；第二行：只织空加的一针为上针，下针滑过（如同空心针）；第三行：只织下针，上针滑过……如此重复，直到前面一层4行，后面一层3行，再正反两针依次合并，然后接着织双螺纹到够长，是需要双层还是单层根据需要自行选择，注意织领部需要换小1-2号针。

袖子挑起112针，6-2-17，78针，均匀减至60针，双螺纹20行，收针。
