玉琮对角长13.7，直径11.0，高3.1(厘米)。四角饰兽面，兽面“臣”字眼，以短斜线示眉鼻。二兽面之间饰组合棱形图案。大斜刀阴线刚劲豪放。

     琮玉料熟透，浆水醇厚。霜样灰浆，略有土沁。琮孔内壁局部遗留稀疏旋痕，器表出现色差和高低差。棱角线上玉料变化自然，有的部位干净明亮，有的部位受蚀受沁。

     局部有绺线，有的线段出现愈合现象，有的线段未愈合。绺线二侧玉料变化存在差异。个人看为商晚期至西周早期之物。几千年之物，局部虽有绺线，不失完美，反而为鉴定提供了更多依据。
