瓶式之一。因瓶口似开放的花朵而得名。流行于宋、金时期，唐代已有烧制。现收藏于北京故宫博物院的白?quot;丁道刚作瓶大好"铭花口瓶，瓶口似莲花瓣形，细颈，溜肩，球形腹，圈足，瓶口部有人面形把，与肩部相接。宋代景德镇、磁州、耀州等窑都烧制花口瓶，基本形式为花口，细颈，圆腹，撇足。北方窑场宋、金两代花口瓶的区别在于足部变化，宋代撇足较矮，金代撇足高度几乎与瓶颈相等。
