梅沙尖坐落于盐田街道，最高峰海拔753米，为深圳第三高峰。其山脉连绵，所属山头包括有海拔619米的鹅公髻、海拔599米的园山、海拔553米的大王顶，远望如巨大尖锥从群山中拔起，因此而得名。登上山顶，大小梅沙美景、三洲田风景区一览无遗。梅沙尖山峰尖突，山水相间，此时此景古朴、洁净、秀美。 从深圳市区过去可以选乘E12到梅沙医院下车，后，前往东部华侨城总站，换乘909中巴前往终点茵特拉根酒店，15元一人，排队上车，坐满就走，不能刷公交卡，不过可以微信支付，支付宝支付。 一开始不知道早上8点到东部华侨城要到梅沙尖山，不认识路，问那里保安也不知道，只好从东部华侨城打滴滴出行，到目的地65块钱，梅沙尖山在东部华侨城茶溪谷的上面，太难找了，一条路台阶上，入口就一块简单的木牌，不留意绝对是看不到的，步步踩到台阶当是锻炼身体，梅沙尖山顶上搞的不好，但在山顶上看到远山风优美，空气清新自然，然后下来就是洲田水库，三洲田水库工程真的不小，走完一圈累不要不要的，风景优美，没有公交车到达的，打滳滳！
