   因美丽的爱情传说而名扬天下的“三亚鹿回头景区”（三亚山顶公园），位于三亚西南端鹿回头半岛内，有大小五座山峰，状似坡鹿，主峰海拨275.1米，1989年建成开放。公园三面环海，一面毗邻三亚市区，是海南最古老最悠久的黎族民俗文化圣地，也是情爱文化和生态展示并重的主题公园，国家3A级旅游景区。

   鹿回头雕塑源自美丽神话传说，是三亚的“城雕”

  在山顶的最高处（五岭的最高峰），耸立着一只高15米、回头凝望的的神鹿，两侧分别屹立着美丽的“仙女”和英俊黎族青年猎手”，雕塑是根据当地黎族爱情神话传说建成的，是海南全岛最高雕塑作品。据说“古时候有一青年猎手，头束红巾，手持弓箭从海南五指山追赶一只坡鹿直至南海之滨前面山颠悬崖之下便是浩瀚的大海，无路可走，猎人正弯弓搭箭，忽然火光一闪，烟雾腾空。神鹿回过头却变成一位美丽的黎族少女，并和青年猎手结为恩爱夫妻，在鹿回头这块土地上繁衍生息，耕种、纺织、捕鱼、狩猎、种植椰子树，天长日久形成了黎族山寨，此山因而被称为“鹿回头”，“鹿回头”已成为三亚的“城雕”，三亚市也因此得名“鹿城”。这传说与云南的“阿诗玛”、广西的“刘三姐”一起，称为中国少数民族的“三大爱情传说。

鹿回头素有情山之称的公园、南海情山

   鹿回头是座“情山”，是座“爱园”；鹿回头公园的路是“爱情”铺就的路。走在山路上、穿梭树林间、站在景区里，“爱”的意境多处可见：“爱”字摩崖右刻、“月老”雕像、“连心锁”、“夫妻树”、“仙鹿树”、“海誓山盟台“、“爱心永恒”石刻、“海枯不烂石”、“永结同心”台等似一条长长的红线，穿起串串“爱情"珍珠，曲直不一的伸汇到公园最高处的“鹿回头”主题雕像前。景区花草都“含情”、石木也有“爱”，无不在为来这里游玩的情侣们创造甜蜜氛围，处处体现感人的情爱文化主题。据悉，每年的“天涯海角”国际婚庆节期间，这里是来自国内外的情侣们必到的海誓山盟、永结同心、祈求百年好合之地。

 这里是海南南端的最高处，望海和观看日出日落的制高点、俯瞰三亚市全景的唯一最佳地方。站在山上不同位置、不同的观景台眺望：茂盛的山林、起伏的的山峦、隐约的绿岛、浩瀚的大海、凤凰岛、弯长的海湾、美丽的三亚滨城一览无余。

  山上的黎族民俗文化长廊、黎族歌舞表演场以及“丰收图”等黎族图腾石刻，展示着黎族人民多姿多彩的风土人情。

   山上的猴子跳跃、觅食、嬉戏，给游客增添乐趣。

“鹿回头”，隐含着一个“情”字的文化内涵。鹿回头雕塑和满园是情的意境，体现了亘古至今青年男女对美好爱情的追求，游客登临山顶观赏，油然而生的是对祖国壮丽河山的热爱之情，游子来到景区极目南海，是对故乡的眷恋、对亲人的思念之情。

“鹿回头”，路回头，晚上看完璀璨的夜景，我们随游客也各自往回走，鹿回头的美丽的爱情传说、情爱文化将世世代代千古流传，三亚秀丽的山岛、旖旎的滨海风光，将永远定格在我的脑海里。
