Step1. Lead-in

Free talk.

T: Greet the class. It’s a fine day today. Well, all of you look so great. Are you happy?

Ss: Yes.

T: I appreciate you can say that. I’m happy, too. This lesson, let’s go on studying the Unit2. Can you remember the title?

 

Step2. Family photo presentation

Picture1: This is my family photo. This is me. This is my father. This is my mother. And this is my brother.

So we use the sentence: This is…  . to introduce the families. And my father and mother are my parents. We can also say : These are my parents. Ss introduce this family photo in pairs.(2 students)

Picture2: Look at here, and this is my grandmother. This is my grandfather. These are my grandparents.

Except the sentence structure: This is . We can still use : That is  . to introduce the families, and the plural form is: Those are .

But you dont know my grandfather and grandmother. So you will ask me questions to know them. Just like the sentence: Whos he/she? And the plural form : Whore they?

 

Step3. Play a guessing game

Who is the fastest student in our class?

father’s father    (   )

cousin’s mother (   )

 

Step4. Complete the  family tree

Now, turn to page 10 and work on 1a to complete the family tree above.

Listen and check the words you hear.

This is Jiang Taos family photo, and this is Jiang Taos cousin Jiang Shan. This time, listen to the tape carefully and recognize the other people in  this photo.

Fill in the blanks by thinking carefully to use the correct form.

Work in groups(4 students), take out your family photo and introduce it to your partner.

学反思:

单元的主要任务是通过谈论“家庭”这个话题使学生了解自己的家庭及他人家庭的一些信息。本课时通过谈论学生自己的 家庭照片”,使学生进一步学会并掌握 “介绍人物、识别人物” 的基本句型

亮点:
1.充分利用多媒体资源,用学生的家庭照片来进行教学,给学生更加形象直观的感受,调动了学生学习的积极性。     

2.在课堂上为学生营造了一个轻松有趣的学习氛围,小组练习对话,并将所学的知识自然有效地运用于生活实际,收到了运用语言的成效。 

3.板书设计与Section A部分紧密衔接,充分运用教具和课件,检测学生对核心词汇和句型的掌握程度

不足:
1.本节课中的情感价值观部分处理的有些仓促,时间略显紧张,学生的对话练应把握好各部分时间,提高效率。
2.表演对话时,可以让学生给学生纠错,提高学生的听力注意力。
