I: Before class Students learn the words about animals. Step 1 : Warming up First play a video about many kinds of animals, then make a dialogue by asking them questions: Do you like animals? What animals have you seen in the zoo? And what's your favorite animals? Why?
Step2: Step3: 1.Teacher shows some pictures about animals. (such as tigers, elephants…) Step 4: Learn new words. 1. Express the new words by showing the pictures of animals. 2. Learn new words together. Step 5:Section A 1a 1. Read the new words loudly 2. look at the picture and match the words with the animals. 3.Check the answers to the class.
Step 6: listening Section A 1b 1.Play the tape, call students to listen. 2.Play the tape again, let them listen to the tape carefully and check the animals you hear in 1a. Step 7 :Learn words of adjective. T:What animals do you like best? Ss: I like ...best. T: Guess What animals do I like best”? Ss:.. … 1.Show the pictures of cute, fun,lazy interesting, smart, beautiful and learn the new words. 2.Point to the picture of pandas and say “They are cute /fun/lazy... Step 8: Learn to make conversions. Show pandas to class and then express them. A: Let’s see the pandas first. B: Why do you want to see the pandas? A: Because they are interesting

十一、教学反思:
本课时为新授课由观看一个有趣的video引出动物话题,并以free talk的形式与学生进行交流,引导学生用英语说出自己在视频中所看到的动物。这一环节有助于吸引学生注意力,任务难度低,学生参与度高,也有助于学生自信心的培养和活跃课堂气氛。学生真的可以说出很多书本之外的动物,然后把单词用笔进行输出性训练。最后升华到热爱动物,自觉保护动物,培养维护生态平衡的情操。英语教研员以及兄弟学校老师给了我很多建议,如全国优秀教师、西安市骨干教师、未央名师李莉老师建议讲课一定要从细节入手,注意授课老师的口头表述。另外,要在教学环节中注意梯度,先师生对话给学生创设教学预设,再进行生生对话,最后进行扩展。西安市教学能手58中的赵小宁老师建议,在看视频前一定要布置任务,这样带着任务去看视频能达到事半功倍的效果。西安市赛教二等级获得者西航二中冯宝玲老师提出,在教学评价方面要是能和学生进行互动,比如击掌或者抱一抱,能调动整个课堂气氛并且拉近师生之间的距离。每位老师听完课后都细致的、用心的给我评课,有他们自己独到的、新鲜的想法与建议,真是让我很感动、感激……。
每一次公开课不仅仅是个人的展示,更是全组老师们经验与智慧的汇总。我庆幸有这样锻炼、磨练自己的机会,只有经历如此“上一节课”的过程,才会让自己在工作、专业课教学的道路上迅速成长。
