　郭汝愚，字智光，号芝瑜、蜀山，1941年出生于成都，1961年毕业于成都美术学校。现为四川省诗书画院专业画师，创作研究室主任，国家一级美术师。现任四川国际文化交流中心中国画委员会副会长、成都花鸟画会副会长、成都工笔画院副院长。擅长中国画花鸟、人物、山水和现代彩墨画，作品有新意，工写兼能，个人风格突出，生活气息浓厚。现代彩墨画融中国画、壁画、民间美术和西方现代艺术于一炉，在美国西雅图、洛杉矶及新加坡美术大展中获得好评，深为美术界和收藏界所瞩目。香港《收藏天地》、《艺术界》、《台湾讲义杂志》，台湾《艺术界》，美国《西华报》、《西雅图邮报》，新加坡《华校生》，及《中国书画》、《美术》、《江苏画刊》等国内外报刊杂志多次撰文和介绍其艺术成就并发表作品。1974年参加全国第四届美术作品展。1978年参加“中国画展”赴日本、北朝鲜、前联邦德国、意大利、西班牙等男巡回展出。1986年在国内举办个人画展，1987年在美国CIYT OF SNOHOMIS举办个人画展，1988年在美国西雅图举办个人画展，1990年在德国玛堡市举办个人画展，1991年在新加坡举办个人画展，1993年由中国文化部主办在奥地利、比利时举办个人画展。1993年、1994年作品参加美国百得福、台湾娑世太珍艺术中心拍卖。2001年赴巴黎参加卢浮宫国际沙龙邀请展和布列塔尼亚来自熊猫故乡画展等。国内画展在成都、广州等地举办。
