贾浩义笔名老甲，著名大写意水墨画家。1961年毕业于北京艺术学院美术系，曾留校任教，后调文化馆搞群众美术工作。1978年调北京化院从事专业创作。现为中国美术家协会会员，北京画院一级美术师，老甲艺术馆馆长。国防大学客座教授、河北电视台名誉院长、北京市朝阳区文联名誉理事、北京市朝阳区美术家协会主席。
