美国疾控中心（CDC）：Do not have a turtle in any household that includes children under 5, the elderly, or people who have lowered natural resistance to disease due to pregnancy, cancer, chemotherapy, organ transplants, diabetes, liver problems or other diseases. （如果家里有5岁以下儿童，老人，因为怀孕、癌症、化疗、器官移植、糖尿病、肝脏疾病或其他疾病导致抵抗力降低的人，不要在家里养turtle。）
