《The Notebook》观影笔记

【笔者的话】

花了五个小时的时间重温了The Notebook 这部电影，不得不赞叹演员们的演技真的非常到位，而且舒缓而起伏的背景音乐也让人很容易沉浸在电影之中（片头和片尾看了N遍）。电影中诠释的永恒的爱，正是我毕生崇尚而追求的珍贵东西，所以很推荐大家去看。

台词的收录是纯手打，收集的是自己觉得喜欢的句子，而中文翻译网络上五花八门，因此该版本仅供参考。

最后这句话写给TA：大概是青春的好动，驱使你我走散，可无论如何，我希望，我们一直都好。若干年后，也许，我会在我们最熟悉的地方，开一家咖啡书屋，然后等着你，回来。

一、片头场景：

太阳落山，一个人划着皮艇，慢慢的，水波荡漾开来，暖暖的音乐像温泉般包裹我的心灵，年老的艾丽靠在窗前，看着昏黄的景色，白色天鹅扑腾翅膀，时光缓缓流动，一种淡淡的甜蜜而忧伤的感觉在心间弥漫。

 

二、老年诺亚片头台词（3:18-3:44）

I am no one special；我没有什么特别的

Just a common man with common thoughts；只是一个有着普通想法的普通人

I’ve led a common life；过着普通的生活

There are not monuments dedicated to me；没有人为我立碑著书、歌功颂德

And my name will soon be forgotten；我的名字也将很快被人遗忘

But in one respect ；但在一件事上

I’ve succeeded as gloriously as anyone who ever lived；我比任何其他人都要成功

I’ve loved another with all my heart and soul；我全心全意地爱着一个人

And for me that has always been enough；而且对我来说，这就足够了

 

三、年轻诺亚第一次约艾丽（9:38-10:30）

1、—You don’t know me , but I know me；你不了解我，但我了解自己

     And when I see something that I like；当我看到一件喜欢的东西时

     I go -- I mean, I go crazy for it；我会……我会为之而疯狂

   —Okay, what are you talking about? 好了，你在说什么？

   —Well, you；好吧，我说的就是你

2、—I can be fun if you want…如果你需要的话，我可以变得有趣

     Pensive, uh, smart, uh, superstitious, brave；或者犹豫，聪明，迷信，勇敢

     And uh… I can be light on my feet；还有……我会跳踢踏舞

四、诺亚和艾丽在海边（22:10-23:15）

A: Look at us；看看我们

N: What are we doing；我们在干什么

A: Do you think in another life, I could have been a bird；你觉得我下辈子能不能变成小鸟

N: What do you mean；什么意思

A: Like a reincarnation；就像转世投胎

N: I don’t know；不知道

A: I think I could；我想我能

A: Say I’m a bird；说，我是只小鸟

N: No. Don’t do it；不，别这样

A: Say I’m a bird；说，我是只小鸟

N: Stop it, stop it now, you are not；停下来，别闹了,你不是鸟

A: Say it；快说！

N: You’re a bird；你是只小鸟

A: Now say you’re a bird too；现在说你自己也是只小鸟

五、老年诺亚旁白

1、They didn’t agree on much；他们很少达成一致

   In fact , they rarely agreed on everything；事实上，他们几乎在每件事上都不一致

   They fought all the time；他们整天争吵

   And they challenged each other every day；他们每天都互相吵架

   But despite their differences；不过虽然如此

   They had one important thing in common；他们在一件重要的事情上是一致的

   They were crazy about each other；他们疯狂的爱着对方

 

2、Summer romances end for all kinds of reasons；夏日的恋情总是因为各种原因而终结

   But when all is said and done；但不管是什么原因

   They have one thing in common；它们都有一个共同点

   They are shooting stars；它们都像划过天空的流星

   A spectacular moment of light in the heavens；拥有壮观的一刻

   A fleeting glimpse of eternity, and in a flash, they are gone虽然一闪而过，却拥有短暂的永恒

 

3、Noah took a look at the house；诺亚看了一眼房子

   But only saw one thing—Allie；但只看到了一样东西——艾丽

   He decided right there to fulfill his life-long dream；他当即决定实现他这个一辈子的梦想

   ……

   After seeing Allie that day；自从那天见了艾丽之后

   Something inside Noah snapped；诺亚受了很大的打击

   He got the notion into his head；他脑子里有个想法

   That if he restored the old house where they’d come that night；如果他把那幢房子重新建好

   Allie would find a way to come back to him；艾丽就会回到他身边

   Some called it him a labor of love；有人说他是为爱而奋斗

   Others called it something else；还有别的人说他是其他

   But in fact, Noah had gone a little mad；但实际上，诺亚已经变得有些疯狂

 

4、She had come back into his life like a sudden flame；她像一团火焰重新回到他的生活中

   Blazing and streaming into his heart；在他的心中燃烧涌动

   Noah stayed up all night. Contemplating the certain agony he knew would be his, if he were to lose her twice ；诺亚整夜没睡，沉思着，如果再失去她一次，会是多么痛苦

六、诺亚第一次带艾丽来到温莎种植园（30:00-31:05）

  N: I’m gonna buy it one day, and I’m gonna fix it up；我准备哪天把它买下来，整修一番

All it needs is a new floor, and new walls and a roof；只要换上新的地板、墙和屋顶

  A: Is that all ? 这就够了？

  N: And plumbing and electric；还有水电

  A: And furniture；还有家具

  N: Yes, and furniture；对，还有家具

But it’s right on the water；不过它就在水边

And there’s a big old barn out there；而且那边还有一个很大的谷仓

I could turn that into my workshop；我可以把它变成我的工作间

  A: Well, what about me? Don’t I get any say in this? 那我呢？我对此有发言权吗？

  N: You want a say in this? 你想发言？

  A: Yes, I would；是的，我想

  N: What do you want? 你想要什么

A: I want a white house, with blue shutters；我想要一幢白色的房子，挂着蓝色的百叶窗

  And a room overlooking the river；还有一个可以看见整条河流的房间

So I can paint；这样我可以在里边画画

  N: Anything else? 还有吗？

  A: Yes, I want a big old porch that wraps around the entire house；我想要一大圈老式围廊

We can drink tea … and watch the sun go down；我们可以在里边喝茶，看日出日落

N: Okay；好的

A: You promise? 你保证？

N: Mm-hmm, I promise；嗯，我保证

 

七、孩子们来劝老Noah回家时（75:00-75:15）

  Look, guys；听着，孩子们

  That’s my sweetheart in there；这里住着我心爱的人

  I’m not leaving her；我不会离开她

  This is my home now；现在，这里就是我的家

  Your mother is my home；你们的母亲就是我的家

 

八、雨中大笑和雨中的质问（80:00-81:24）

1、很喜欢这一段。他们在雨中笑着，而我却在屏幕前流出了眼泪。我想那一刻他们又回到了年少，又找回了曾经幸福的感觉。

2、伴随着雷霆滚滚

A: Why didn’t you write me? why? 为什么不给我写信？为什么？

  It wasn’t over for me；我并没有忘记你

  I waited for you for seven years；我等了你七年

  And now is too late；但是现在太晚了

N: I wrote you 365 letters，I wrote you every day for a year；我每天一封，给你写了365封信

A: You wrote me ? 你给我写信了？

N: Yes. 是的

A: You… 你……

N: It wasn’t over；过去，没有结束

  It still isn’t over；现在，仍在没有结束！

 

九、艾丽在母亲的压力下选择离开诺亚时（97:45-99:00）

A：Look at us, we're already fighting. 看看我们，已经在吵架了

N: Well, that's what we do. We fight；我们一向就是这样，像这样吵架

You tell me when I'm being an arrogant son of a bitch；你骂我是自大的杂种

And I tell you when you're being a pain in the ass；我管你叫难搞的女人

Which you are 99% of the time；几乎每次都是这样

I'm not afraid to hurt your feelings；我不怕伤到你的感情

They have like a two second rebound rate；不到两秒钟我们就会和好如初

And you're back doing the next pain-in-the-ass thing；然后我们接着再吵

A: So, what? 所以你想怎样?

N: So it's not gonna be easy. It's gonna be really hard.所以这样的生活是很不容易

And we're gonna have to work at this every day；而且我们会每天都要面对

Because I know that it's over between us；因为我知道，我们已经结束了

I'm not bitter anymore；我不再痛苦

Because I know that what we had was real；因为我知道我们的曾经是真实存在的

　 And if in some distant place in the futur；要是未来我们都有了新的生活，在遥远的某处

We see each other in our new lives；我们再度相遇

I'll smile at you with joy；我会开心朝你微笑

And remember how we spent a summer beneath the trees；并忆起我们曾在绿荫之下共度某个夏日

Learning from each other and growing in love；从彼此身上学到什么是爱，在爱中成长

　 The best love is the kind that awakens the soul；真正的爱能够唤醒我们的灵魂

And makes us reach for more；让我们获得更多

That plants a fire in our hearts；在我们心中留下火种

十一、老艾丽听了故事伤感时老诺亚念了一首惠特曼的诗（101:30-102:00）

I know you feel lost right now；我知道你现在有些失落

But don't worry；但是别担心

Nothing is ever lost, nor can be lost；你没有失去过什么，也不会失去什么

The body sluggish, aged, cold；蹒跚、年迈、冰冷的躯体

The embers left from earlier fires；旧时的烈火中残留的余烬

Shall duly flame again；终会在适当的时候重新燃起

 

十二、老艾丽站在窗前看风景，老诺亚看着她时（102:41-102:45）

   A: I’ve never seen anything so beautiful；我从没见过这么美的景色（艾丽看看窗外）

 N: Neither have I；我也是（诺亚看着艾丽）

 

十三、老艾丽恢复记忆的四分钟（105:08-109:08）

N: And they lived happily ever after；之后他们幸福的生活在一起

   A: Who? Who did? 谁？谁们？

     Oh, yes. Of course. I remember now；我记起来了

     It was us；是我们

N: Oh, my darling…my sweetheart…I love you so much

（相拥相吻）

A: Noah, Noah, what happen to me? 我怎么了？

N: Nothing. You just went away for a little while；没事，你只是走了一会儿神

 

十四、老诺亚和老艾丽最后的话（114:45-117:21）

A: What's gonna happen when I can't remember anything any more? What will you do?

如果我什么都不记得了，会怎么样？你怎么办？

N: I'll be here. I'll never leave you；我会在这儿，我永远都不会离开你。

A: I need to ask you something；我要问你一件事

N: What is it, sweetheart? 什么事，亲爱的？

　A: Do you think that our love can create miracles? 你觉得我们的爱可以创造奇迹吗？

　N: Yes, I do. 我想可以，

That's what brings you back to me each time. 正是因为爱，每次都能把你带回我身边

A: Do you think our love could take us away together?

你觉得我们的爱能把我们一起带走吗?

N: I think our love can do anything we want it to.
