 In any culture, you must abide by certain guidelines and practices in order not to offend anyone. As regard to the culture that exists presently on the internet, you too have to follow certain rules irrespective of receiving or sending an e-mail, chatting with someone, playing games or setting up personal website. By observing the following golden rules which they call ‘netiquette’, they may help you to make your surfing experience as smooth as possible. 
1. Be polite
      Some people think that they are anonymous on the internet, so their rude and impolite behaviors in the chatting room or information bar will not be identified; but they are wrong, most websites are equipped with tracking functions. 
2. Be respectful
      As the internet is a global society, the outlook on life and values of other people may be very different from yours. The slang and idioms of a nation may not be understood by other nationals; so we must accept them with tolerance and use them with caution.
3. Be humble and cautious
      Always conduct only friendly matches with your partners and opponents in online games, and be generous with encouragement and flattery.
