JOB DESCRIPTION


Digital Marketing Manager (10A)

Responsibility:

Develop effective online marketing/O2O campaign across all digital channels.

● Establish online & digital campaign and related marketing initiatives to help increase online engagement, brand awareness, as well as driving target customers across multiple platforms including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums, KOLs.

● Work with PR team on customizing and creating content for online marketing campaign.

● Initiate online co-marketing campaigns or joint online surveys.

● Measure, analyze and report performance of digital marketing campaigns.


Requirement: 

● Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing field (agency background preferred).

China Fieldwork Operation– Senior Manager 

The Impact:

●  This role plays a critical part in the company’s efforts to uphold highest data quality standards for all its Syndicated & Proprietary market research studies in China. The work done by the team will help the company to ensure that all market research quantitative data are collected using best practices established by the company. This in turn enables us to deliver high value analyses and reports to the company’s clients and earn continuous trust that the company’s clients have with the company.

The work will entail the management of the following FO functions:

● Provide close guidance and leadership for the China FO team to effecienly and effectively execute research fieldwork designs. Ensure projects are completed on time in accordance with the quality and quantity during the whole fieldwork period.

● Ensure FO team to cooperate closely with other relevant departments (e.g. project management team, data processing team).

Associate PM

The role:

You will be responsible for two to three auto proprietary projects, four waves each project per year.


The Responsibility:  

● Work as a project manager in project groups specializing in proprietary projects in auto industry.

● Design questionnaires to ensure they prompt meaning data and are actionable.

● Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the questionnaires.

● Conduct data analysis to provide meaningful conclusions.

● Design reports and charts to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.

● Estimate costs to ensure comprehensive and accurate cost items are included in the proposal.

● Estimate and plan resources for the commissioned projects to ensure the projects could be completed according to schedule.

● Interpret the data using statistics techniques to produce accurate analysis.

● Write the conclusions to clearly and accurately represent the insights of the findings and recommendations.

● Providing information during report presentation to clients.

● Liaise with RO& DP and fieldwork operations to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays.


The Skill: 

● Minimum 4 years of experience in auto research firm.

● Preferred majors: economics, finance, statistics and auto, etc.

● Deep knowledge of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Power Point).

● Knowledge of software dedicated to the reporting, planning, budgeting and PM will be an asset.

● Previous work experience in a mystery shopper or on-site audit.

● Basic spoken English, Fluency in written English.

● Excellent interpersonal skills.

● Analytical skills.

● Ability to be self-directed and creative.

● Ability to meet travel requirements two to three times per quarter.
