Red sorghum as an author devoted emotional images throughout the text, at the beginning of reading, I put red sorghum as a separate opposition from all the characters in the text, deliberately let red sorghum aside, watching all kinds of characters fight for profit, but in the end, I found that red sorghum could not be put aside as a cold object. It must have a relationship with the characters and plots in the novel, and its position should not only be a background, but also a character, a soul, flowing in the blood of Gaomi people.
