Looking back at each of the cases mentioned here, Sandel goes on to argue that they lead to the pursuit of civic morality beyond welfare and freedom for individuals and society. In my opinion, justice is not only about how to distribute things correctly, but also how to treat and evaluate things correctly. In short, the three conditions on the road to justice are: the maximization of welfare, respect for individual freedom, and the pursuit of good morality.
