Is it possible to call the converter from an application written in Java in a Windows environment in any of iSpring products?

Yes, it is possible to do so using the COM API of iSpring SDK via Java-COM bridge. This method provides better flexibility (for example, your application can receive notifications of the conversion progress). The sample of Java-iSpring interaction via Java-COM bridge can be found in iSpring SDK installation directory.
