（一）人称代词：

注意：形容词性的物主代词相当于形容词，放在名词前，表明该名词所表示的人或物是"谁的"，不可以单独使用。

 

（二）指示代词：this, that, these, those

 

（三）名词复数：

名词、而且是可数名词才有单复数（不可数名词使用“ / ”表示，没有复数）

*单数变为复数：

1. 一般情况在单数名词后面 + s

2. 以s. x. ch. sh还有o（有生命的，除了hippo）结尾的名词后面 + es

       如：bus -- buses   box -- boxes   dress -- dresses  

            fox -- foxes    peach -- peaches

3. 以y结尾的，y前是辅音字母的，去掉y后 + ies

　如：library -- libraries   butterfly -- butterflies  

         baby -- babies

  以y结尾的，y前是元音字母的，直接 + s

       如：toy -- toys   boy -- boys   monkey -- monkeys

4. 以f / fe结尾的，去掉f / fe后 + ves：

       如：leaf -- leaves   scarf -- scarves   wolf -- wolves

5. 不规则变化，如：child -- children   mouse -- mice   

                              tooth -- teeth   foot -- feet

6. 单复数同形：sheep   deer   people

 

（四）can和let’s后面接动词原形；like + doing，或like + to do

　*动词的ing构成规则：

1. 一般动词直接加ing：

　　如：reading  singing  jumping  walking  sleeping  skiing  planting

2. 以辅音字母+e结尾的，去e加ing：

　　如：dance -- dancing  skate -- skating  ride -- riding  have -- having 

　　　　take -- taking  make -- making

3. 以重读闭音节为末尾音节，且以单个辅音字母结尾，双写词尾辅音字母，再加ing：

　　如：run -- running   swim -- swimming   hop -- hopping   skip -- skipping

 

（五）have, has的用法

　　　Have has 都表示“有”。has是have 的第三人称单数形式。除了第三人称以外，表示“有”的时候都是用have。同时也可以用have got，has got来表示，英国口语中习惯用这个。
