PEP英语六年级上册Unit 5 What does she do?复习教案

一、单元内容整体分析:

本单元的话题是职业表达,主要功能是能简单介绍人物职业。主要语言结构为:what does your father / mother do? where does he / she work? how does he / she go to work? 并围绕主题引出一系列词汇:singeractoractressengineerpolicemancleaneraccountant等。

二、本单元教学目标:

 (一)知识目标:

 1、能够掌握ab两部分let's learnlet's talk中的四会单词singerwriteractoractressartistengineeraccountantpolicemansalespersoncleanerwhereworktv reporter和四会句子what does your father / mother do? where does he / she work? how does he / she go to work?

2、能够听、说、认读ab部分let's talklet's read中的白体句子。

3、了解元音[u:][u]和辅音[w][j][h][tf][d3]的发音并读出例词。 

4、了解story timegood to know等部分内容。  

  (二)能力目标:

    1、能够简单介绍人物职业,如he's / she's a / an ...

  2、能够运用句型“what does your father / mother do? where does he / she work? how does he / she go to work? ”等询问他人的工作情况,并给出相应回答。

  3、能够按要求较好完成group work等活动。

  4、能够听懂、会唱歌曲“my family”。

(三)情感、策略、文化等有关目标:

   1、情感态度:热爱生活、尊重他人劳动。

2、学习策略:能积极与他人合作,运用所学英语进行交流,共同完成学习任务。

3、文化目标:了解英语中职业名称对于不同性别的差异(good to know)

 三、本单元教学重、难点:

    重点:使学生掌握一些职业的英语表达并就此展开相关讨论。 

 重点句型是“what does your father / mother / ... do? where does he / she work? how does he / she go to work? ”。

难点:让学生在任务活动中熟练运用不同句型进行交流。

step1: warm-up

1.                            greeting

2.                            ask and answer.

 t: what does she do?(point to the screen)

what do you do?

ss: ...

t: what are you going to be?

group1: we are going to be singers.(and then sing a song)

group2: we are going to be tv reporters.(and then ask the ss to report something )

step2: presentation

1) review the words by playing a guessing game.(从简笔画过渡到明星)

2)read and say

he sells things. he is a ...

 she cleans streets. she is a ...

 he works with numbers and money. he is an ...

 if you like drawing and math, you can be

3review the sentences

   brain strom

 wyn? —— what's your name?

wdymd? —— what does your mother do?

wdsw? ——  where does she work?

hdsgtw? —— how does she go to work?

wdyfd? —— what does your father do?

wdhw? ——  where does he work?

hdhgtw? —— how does he go to work?

4) do a survey. ask the tv reporter group go to ask the singer group like this.

  t: good morning! whats your name?

t: what what does your father / mother / ... do?

t: how does he / she go to work?

5) make a report about the survey.

step3: practice

1)明星零距离

  t: you did a good job. so i want to invite you to a party. look at the man . he is very funny. he is about 40 years old. he works at cctv. who is he?

 s: he is li yong.

 t: im happy to see him. what about you?

  s:

  t: who is at the party too?

s: liu huan, yao ming, zhao wei.

t: what do they do? where do they work? how do they go to work?

  can you make a dialogue like this?

  a: what does ... do?

2.                            listen to an interview about yaoming.

 t: we know yaoming is a basketball player. he works in nba. he goes to work by plane. anything else? can you tell me?

t: susan is a famous reporter. peter is yaomings agent. lets listen.

susan: what does yao ming do?

  peter: he is a basketball player.

  susan: where does he work?

  peter: he works in nba.

  susan: how does he go to work?

peter: he goes to work by plane.

susan: when is his birthday?

peter: his birthday is on sept. 12th.

susan: whats his favourite colour?

peter: he likes blue.

susan: whats his hobby?

  peter: he likes playing basketball.

  susan: what does he do on the weekend?

peter: he usually visits his friends.

3) answer some questions about yaoming

4) lets read the interview.

  5)each group choose one picture to make a new dialogue. first give an example. and then there is no example, there are four pictures, choose one and make a new dialogue.

step4: extension

 1) lets make a report about yaoming.

 2) lets read a report about yaoming by susan.

yao ming is from shanghai. he is a basketball player. he works in nba. he goes to work by plane. his birthday is on sept.12th. he likes blue best. he usually visits his friends on the weekends. he likes playing basketball very much. he often plays with his friends. he can speak english well. can you?

  what's his hobby?

  3)writing. 根据图片所给的提示,选图写作。

  xx is a / an ... he works .... he goes to work ... his birthday is on ... his favourite colour is ... he usually ... on the weekends. he likes ... very much.

 step5: homework

 写一篇短文,介绍家人或朋友。

教学反思:

本节课是一节复习课,复习是学习过程中一个非常重要的环节。通过复习学生能掌握本单元所学的知识,以利于与旧知识的结合形成知识体系。
   
在这节课设计上我先总结本单元的四会单词和重点句型,对复习内容及复习安排做到心中有数,目标明确。然后又根据学生实际情况,针对他们在学习上的薄弱环节制定切实可行的复习计划,然后依照计划精心设计好这节复习课进行有效的复习,从而避免复习的盲目性。例如,我以guessing game 进入单词复习,从简笔画过渡到明星,从而发挥学生的想象力和观察力。并用

brain storm  运用与句子复习中,充分让学生动脑筋联系所学知识,而且更具有挑战性。怎样让学生能够很好地运用语言呢?我设计了多种多样的活动,如调查,做对话等活动,充分地让学生敢于开口说和运用语言的能力。最后,我还设计一个写的活动,这个部分可以检查学生的书面表达能力。 

  总的来说,这节复习课,内容还是比较多的,学生说的方面也比较多,但写的方面还不够,只有一个writing 是写,所以在设计上要考虑这方面,可以在调查那个活动,让学生写一写,也可以运用jiasaw reading 来组织一些活动等等。
