2012年12月6日，宿州市武夷书画院崔振.李海敏.蔡斌与宿州乐石砚研究所杜杰老师一起前往泗县拜访著名人物画家---杨剑华先生。并颁发画院聘书，特邀杨剑华老师成为宿州市武夷书画院高级顾问。

     期间谈到泗县的发展变化，礲湖湿地被评为国家级湿地公园，随后四人一行，驱车前往观光考察。

    杨剑华，江苏睢宁人，1938年生，国家二级美术师，中国指画研究会理事，省美协会员，宿州市美协副主席，苏皖古泗州书画家联谊会副主席，淮南九州书画研究院艺术顾问，泗县书画协会主席。泗州书画院院长，省八界人大代表，自幼酷爱绘画，尤爱人物画。虽无师承，然四十年刻苦自学，以勤补拙、乐此不疲、苦此不废、深入农村、厂矿工地，足迹走遍大江南北，登临泰山、黄山、峨眉等。

     作品风格：重造型，师造化，博采众长，重法度，得笔墨之天趣，形成了既能现代人物，又可古代历史人物，既工笔又写意兼指画人物，多年来，有连环画《新苗茁壮》、《小闯》、《硝烟》等画册和大幅画《雪夜出诊》、《小民兵》出版发行全国，有一百多幅国画作品参加省级美展和省级以上报刊发表。并有国画《北京的声音》、《如今丰收不靠天》、《李月华》、《人》、《天伦情》、《乡魂》获文化部主办的《迎港归全国书画大展》人物画优秀奖。指头画《除恶务尽》、《司马迁》、《曹雪芹》、《济公》参加七、八、九、十届全国指画展。并荣获“天山杯”和“黄鹤杯”银奖。八副指画作品入选湖由湖北美术出版社出版《中国指画艺术》。部分作品被各类艺术博物馆收藏。其中国画《猜谜图》、《杜甫》、《钟馗》、《评千秋功罪》、《华夏英魂》等作品入选赴圭亚那、日本、法国、比利时、韩国展出：指画《笑佛》应北京东方文化研究会之邀参加《国际中国画名家精品邀请展》。个人画展，先后被应邀在淮南市、宿州市等地展出。个人艺术简历入录部分名人辞书。

    宿州乐石砚为中国古代名砚，在唐宋时已负盛名。韩愈、白居易、苏轼、米芾等文豪方家均有论赞。在国内、日本、东南亚被视为珍品。

　　乐石砚产于宿州市。以乐石制砚始于南唐，兴盛于宋代。乐石砚历来受帝王将相、文人墨客的青睐。宋徽宗在一乐石砚上御题“山高月小，水落石出。”宋代大书法家苏轼曾珍藏两方瓦形玉蓉乐石砚，其铭曰：“金声玉振，世垂于珍”。宋代米芾《砚史》、高似孙《砚笺》、《四库全书》等对乐石砚均有记载。由于诸多原因，乐石砚雕刻技艺失传数百年之久，80年代初得以再现。
