重点： charge 指责；指控；费用；收费；承担

       while 当，与此同时； 而（表示对比）； 仅管  注： 完型中的 while 一般都是正确答案

       reason 推理； 理性；  原因 

       句子中  made by some of his critics 和  while he was a good observer ,he had no powe of reasoning    这两句  都是 宾语 charge 多重后置宾语

       accept....as.....   作为……接受……

       found   创建  fund 基金\资金\投资    fund\found  词根上都是 基础的意思 founded 有依据的

       动宾分隔结构   accept as well founded charge  这是典型的 动宾分隔结构，

    即  ：   动词   +    介词短语   +   宾语 

           如上 ，accept  是  动词   ，它的宾语是   charge  ，而  as well founded 则是插入其中的介词短语，也修饰 charge

          如何区分  where 引导的是 定语从句 还是  地点状语从句

     如 ： 1. Air will be heavily polluted where there are factories.

           2. This is the town where I spent my childhood.

          判断如下 ，1  是 where 引导的 地点状语从句  ；  2   是where 引导的定语从句

  判断标准如下 ：  看 where 引导的是定语从句还是地点状语从句，就要看 where 前面有无地点名词，有的话，说明where指代的就是前面这个地点，即从句与主句之间有共同成分，如上句中的 town  和 where ，也就是定语从句了，写成公式就是   地点名词  +  where +  从句   =  定语从句

     同理，如果where 前面没有任何的语从句有关联的地点名词的话，说明从句只是在解释 前面的主句，也就是地点状语的作用，如 1 中的 where 后面对前面的部分起的是解释的作用

     同理  时间名词  +  when  + 从句   = when 引导的定语从句

                            同位语从句
