SIMFEROPOL (QHA) - Mejlis of Crimean Tatar people announced it
considers newly elected government of Crimea illegitimate,
press-service of the Mejlis reports.
“Some deputies have already made their cynical promises, trying to stuff new government”- head of Mejlis Refat Chubarov noted.
He stressed that Mejlis is not negotiating with the government of Crimea.
Mr. Chubarov also noted, that ‘dubious’ government, formed on Feb.27 ‘at gun points’ of armed men now is trying to ‘buy’ Crimean Tatar people.
To recall, on Thursday building of Crimean Parliament and government were seized by unknown armed men in Simferopol, Russian flags were set at the buildings.
Still the deputies came in to hold an extraordinary session of the Parliament.
Lawmakers have dismissed the republic's government headed by Anatoly Mogilev and elected head of organization Russian Unity Sergey Aksyonov new Crimean Prime Minister. They also scheduled a vote on the peninsula's future, approving holding a referendum on status
