下关沱茶503,08年出过一批，也是第一批，由于07年普洱茶风波的影响，当年下关没有出产常规便甲、特，而出产了503红印沱茶，当年用料为甲级，口感和便甲沱接近。
今年下关又推出503红印沱茶，该茶味定制品，非厂版，今开汤与大家分享之。
生产日期：2013年7月20日

综合评述：
1.闻茶无烟味，新茶，青味重；
2.观沱面条索清晰，用料在特沱之上，有内飞，无下关马蹄；
3.沱面紧实无脱落，比便甲易于开沱；
4 第一泡：茶汤浑浊，微苦，涩，苦入口即化，茶汤入喉后舌免感涩感，新茶，涩属正常，生津强烈，舌面涌泉一点都不夸张，丝丝甜，且持久，感茶青味，茶香浓郁；
第二泡：微苦，苦恁开化，谐音也就是苦能开花，生津强烈持久，回甘好；- 
第三泡：微苦，涩，茶汤入喉后舌面感涩，回甘缓，但持久，茶香纯正，纯茶香，无关蜜香、梅香，仅仅茶香，个人认为1年后香型将会发生改变，汤水不寡，融合度很高；
第四泡：苦涩减弱，舌面感回甘强烈，茶气足
第五泡：闻汤感蜜香，苦涩十分微弱，入口即甜，茶汤微微浑浊，生津强烈；
第九泡：馥郁香；
第十泡：现水味；
第十一泡：11泡增加时间，60s出汤，无水味，回甘好；
第十二泡：180s出汤感水味。
烟味：无
苦涩：微苦，中等涩
生津：强烈持久，属上等:
回甘：回甘快，持久，相比于南诏金芽较好
香型：纯正，新茶感青味. 
耐泡度：11泡
茶底：多显大叶，标准的大叶种，拼配少量陈料，多为今年新料，现芽头，用料明显好于特沱。
