二、紧急情况/Unsual Condition/ Emergency
1、排气管喷火/Tailpipe Fire
Ground：Cockpit alert，Tailpipe fire，No.1 Engine.
Cockpit：Roger.
2、发动机着火/Engine Fire
Ground：Cockpit alert，No.2 Engine on fire，Shutdown the engine immediately.
Cockpit：Roger
3、外来物吸进发动机或危险情况/Foreign Object Damage or Hazard
Ground：Cockpit alert，Shutdown No.1 Engine.
Cockpit：Roger，No.1 Engine Shutting down.
Ground：FOD in No.1 Engine，Standby.
Cockpit：Standing by
4、推飞机过程中，拖把剪切销断裂/Towbar shear pin failure
Ground：Cockpit Alert，Set parking brake.
Cockpit：Roger，parking brake Set.
Ground：Towbar shear pin failed，standby for replacement towbar.
Cockpit：Standing by.
5、启动过程中风扇不转动/N1 NOT rotate
Ground：No.2 Engine N1 NOT rotate.
Cockpit：Roger.
6、启动悬挂/Hung Start
Cockpit：No.2 Engine hung start，Shutting down No.2 Engine.
Ground：Roger.
7、发动机过热/Engine Overheat
Cockpit：No.2 Engine overheat，Shutting down No.2 Engine.
Ground：Roger.
8、启动时不点火或 N2 不转动/N2 NOT Rotate
Cockpit：No.1 Engine N2 NOT rotate.，Shutting down No.1 Engine. Ground：Roger.
9、启动时发动机喘振(失速)/Engine Surge（Stall）
Cockpit：No.1 Engine surge/stall，Shutting down No.1 Engine. Ground：Roger.
10、热启动/hot start
Cockpit：No.1 Engine hot start，Shutting down No.1 Engine.
Ground：Roger.
11、拖车故障，紧急刹车/Tractor inoperative
Cockpit：Set brake immediately，and tractor inoperative. Ground：Roger.

四、故障报告
1、1 发推油门时反应慢
No.1 engine slow response to thrust lever increase.
2、2 发震动值高达 4 个单位
No.2 engine vibration high, 4 units.
3、1 发遭鸟击，参数不正常，关车。
No.1 engine had bird strike. Engine parameters abnormal. Engine was shut down.
4、1 发滑油消耗量大
No.1 engine oil consumption high.
5、1 发空中停车，发动机滑油压力小于 5psi
No.1 engine was shutdown in flight. Engine oil pressure was less than 5 PSI.
6、2 发反推不工作，反推手柄内锁不能松开
No.2 engine failed to go into reverse. Reverse lever interlock failed to release.
7、2 发使用左点火系统启动失败，右点火系统正常
No.1 engine failed to start using Left ignition system, right system is OK.
8、2 发在使用反推时喘振，因 EGT 超限关车
No.2 engine surged during reverse operation. Engine shutdown because EGT limits exceeded
9、2 发空中熄火，重新启动后工作正常
No.2 engine flameout in flight, engine was restarted and operated normally.
10、1 发启动电门不能自动脱开
No.1 engine start switch failed to disengage automatically.
11、1 发火警警告，空中关车，左灭火瓶已释放，故障灯亮
No.1 engine fire warning. Engine shut down in flight. Left fire bottle was discharged.
Fault light was illuminated.
12、1 发火警测试时主火警和火警铃不工作
Master fire warning lights and bell inept during No.1 engine fire test.
13、1 发引气超温灯亮
No.1 engine bleed air overheat light illuminated.
14、自动驾驶 A 衔接电门不能衔接
A/P A engage switch failed to engage.
15、自动驾驶仪 A 的垂直速度方式不能正确控制飞行
A/P vertical speed mode failed to control aircraft properly with A/P A
16、自动驾驶仪 B 的红色警告灯常亮
A/P B warning light illuminated steady red.
17、自动油门不能用油门杆电门切断
A/T will not disconnect with thrust lever switches.
18、2 号高频无线电收发机在所有状态下都不工作
No.2 HF radio transceiver inept using all mode.
19、使用机长及副驾驶的配平电门时，安定面不移动
Stabilizer failed to move using the captain’s and the F/O’s trim switch.
20、机长无线电高度表指针卡阻
Captain’s radio altimeter pointer sticks.
21、1 号惯导的距离和时间不准确
No.1 INS distance & time are not accurate.
22、右翼尖遭雷击
Lighting strike occurred on right wing tips
23、ADF 2 不能正确指示电台
ADF 2 pointer does not indicate station properly.
五、维护人员常用英语
1、询问航班达到时间
A：请告诉我 HU7182 航班预计达到时间？
Could you please tell me the ETA of flight HU7182 ?
(ETA= Estimated Time of Arrival)
B：当地时间 16:30
Sixteen thirty local time.
B：航班因天气/机械故障原因延误了
The flight is delayed due to the weather / mechanical fault.
2、后面有飞机滑行，何时推飞机，请听口令
There is a aircraft on your way，please wait for departure.
3、地面有杂物，需要清除，何时推飞机，请听口令
Ground need cleaned，please wait for departure.
4、飞机需要加液压油/滑油
The aircraft needs refilled with hydraulic fluid/oil.
5、请给 1 号发动机加 2 夸脱滑油，2 号发动机加 3 夸脱滑油
Please replenish two quarters for engine No.1, three quarters for engine No.2 .
6、请给我们安排一辆加水车/放污车/空调车/除冰车/工作梯
Please arrange a water servicing unit / a toilet servicing unit / an air conditioning unit / a deicing unit / a ladder for us.
7、请打开发动机包皮检查渗漏/过热/导线/插头
Please open the engine cowling and check for leakage / overheat / wires / electrical connectors.
8、发动机吊架和整流罩无液压油渗漏和损伤
No damage and fluid leakage from engine pylon and cowling doors.
9、请检查刹车的磨损情况
Please check for brake assembly wear.
10、请叫一辆拖车来
Please call a tractor.
11、请挂上/摘下拖把
Please connect/disconnect the tow bar.
12、请示意拖车司机拖/推飞机
Please signal tractor driver to commence towing / pushback.
13、1 号发动机 N1 开始转动
No.1 engine N1 begins to rotate.
14、地面，1 号发动机要进行冷转
Ground, No.1 engine need a cold start.
15、所有地面设备及人员已远离飞机
All ground equipment and personnel are clear of aircraft.
