【培训班次】第二届营养宣教技术培训班

【联合主办】中国营养学会营养与保健食品分会、达能营养中心

【培训时段】2011年10月19日至21日

【培训地点】北京新北纬饭店如家酒店五楼会议室

【培训师资】葛可佑、翟凤英、杨月欣、苏宜香、侯培森、任福君、常翠青、于康、吕璟、王琳、马冠生、王华丽等讲师团，分别来自中国CDC、中国营养学会、中国科普研究所、中国CDC营养与食品安全所、中山大学、北京协和医院、北京大学第三医院、九三学社北京市委、加拿大等的Top教师和领导。

【参训学员】经过严格筛选，本期培训班共计32名学员，其中16名来自医院临床营养师、高干病房，其它来自大学、培训咨询机构和新媒体等。学员们是经常在社区做宣传教育、平面媒体写科普文章、电台电视台进行科普讲座、博客高点击率的科普教育工作者。

【课程特色】3天的封闭式培训、7次营养宣教理论课程、3次实践课程，所有学员都进行了现场演练、，并接受了点评。

【精彩内容】健康知识传播的实践与思考、中国居民膳食指南宣传要点、科普活动的组织与策划、临床营养与慢性非传染性疾病核心信息、健康饮食及Ⅱ型糖尿病的预防、饮食行为及影响因素、孕期营养需要与实践指导、食品安全国家标准之食品添加剂使用标准、保健食品和膳食补充剂应用和传播要点、烹调与食物营养等理论课程；让我们行动起来：运动体验、故事会之营养健康生动事例、烹饪实践之减盐低油措施等实践课程。

【培训受益】经过紧张培训，学员们开阔了眼界，学到了丰富的营养知识，掌握了很多科普宣教技能，明确了肩上的责任和使命。
