开发信promotion letter怎么写回复率高?

外贸业务员最常做的事除了注册B2B平台更新自己的产品信息外,应该就是写开发信了。而且业务员最苦恼的是写了大量的开发信都石沉大海杳无音讯,究竟怎样的开发信才能引起客户的注意?一封成功的开发信从邮件的标题到显示名再到签名、附件都有讲究,面面俱到才能保证马到成功。开发信要点说明三点即可:你来自哪里,做什么的,有什么优势1..简短;2.正文中最好不要带网址,否则很容易被外国服务器拦截;3.少用主动语态,多用被动语态

 

邮件标题:

一般采用简单的单词组合,比如客户目前网站上所销售的产品名称或者型号或者是您所销售的产品与客户的配套(比如你客户是销售冷压端子的,那么我们工具是与之配套的产品)这点可以有效的帮助客户在最大程度上打开您的邮件查看。

 

邮件显示名:

这点必须严重注意下! 好多外贸业务员估计到现在为止还不了解自己的名字为啥?我装过好多次老外去套国内供应商的FOB价格,结果名字显示有中文公司名,有中文人名的,有英文人名,但是却很少有显示英文公司名字或者缩写的。当你收到封邮件的时候名字为显示Chris Paul 如果你不认识这个人的话,那么就感觉这信怪怪的,提不起兴趣,因为你不认识他。

Dear Purchasing Manager,(别用Sir or Madam, 这样子没有人知道你的信给谁也不会帮忙转达)

Good morning my friend (问候是必须的,体现出礼貌,另外一点是Good morning永远不会过时)

Glad to know you are in the market of 产品名称或者产品关键词 (表现出你对这个潜在客户是经过了解才发的信,并不是瞎搞)Please kindly visit www。vanfo。com for more products and information\

 邮件正文:

正文中最好别附带图片,即使万不得已附带,也不要超过200K,否则很容易被K掉

 

附件: 

如果你准备带附件发送的话,那么附件的大小最好也别超过200K,以PDF文档为好。因为doc 和xls 很容易.Hotmail ,企业邮箱只最容易屏蔽此类直接插入邮件图片的邮件 !另外切记吹牛吹过头,什么证书都可以提供,什么质量最好,别一个劲的吹自己,任何人天生对于吹牛者有一种很强烈的排斥感 !

邮件的签名必须正规,并且尽量少用太多的links。可以如下:

最好别附带什么MSN啊, SKYPE啊, 网站哈 (因为网址已经在正文中已经提到了),以及多个邮箱。因为多个邮箱会造成客户一种感觉: 你是让我把寻盘发到哪个邮箱呢 难道想让我全部抄送一遍.另外一点是正规的公司是很少再签名中体现MSN之类的即时聊天工具的,所以还是不要为好。不然给别人感觉你是小杂店似的,并不是一家工厂.

老外更在意的,并不是你工厂的ISO9001之类的东西,这些都是虚的。如果你是一个不错的工厂,被哪些大客人验过厂,比ISO重要100倍! 如果你通过BSCI验厂,或者Disney验厂,或者Wal-mart验厂,那就把这句写上去!如:We already passed the factory audit from BSCI, with the scores ***  (BSCI验厂是有分数的,而且德国Lidl指定BSCI验的,如果你分数还不错,说明你的产品已经能进德国主流市场了。相比之下,BV和SGS之类的就稍微弱一点点。) 又如:We're the supplier of Wal-mart, and already passed the FE from them.

当时一共写给6个不同的客人这样一封开发信,内容完全一样,只是对方姓名不同。所谓的某美国客人下过大单,完全是编的,只是给客人一个感觉,美国佬很喜欢这款产品,下过很大的订单哦,你们看看,是不是欧洲市场也能卖一点?最后一句“Call me, let's talk more”是我故意这样写的,因为很少有客人会打电话给一个陌生人,但是这句话写上去让人感觉会大大不一样,首先就是这个人很有自信,其次就是他是有诚意的,不是群发的邮件。
