尊敬的各学校领导：

为了进一步探讨小学英语phonics的教学方法，加强兄弟学校之间的友好交流， 5月9日上午，我校将与中堂中心小学、焦利小学共同开展英语“同课异构”活动，并请东莞市教研室邓宁霞老师评课。诚邀我镇各校英语老师光临指导，万分感谢！

活动时间：2012年5月9日上午9：00—11：30

活动地点：长安一小阶梯室

活动具体安排：

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. It’s my honor to be the host today. Let me introduce the participators. They are Deng Ningxia, the English instructor from Teaching and Research Section of Dongguan city; Miss Xie,  English instructor from Chang’an town; Peng Yu’e彭宇娥from Zhongtang Jiaoli中堂焦利 Primary school; Chen Yuyi陈玉宜from Zhongtang Central Primary school; Cai Qiuling from Chang’an No. 1 Primary school; and English techers from fellow schools. Welcome!

Today we gether here, to investigate the teaching methods of phonics teaching in primary schools----Same lesson with different teaching. We can get a better comunication with English teachers from different schools as well. So we can observe three classes from  9：05 to 10：55, PEP/ book 4 /unit 3/Part C promunciation. Each class lasts for 30 minutes, and there are 10 minutes for each break. After that, Miss Deng will give us some evaluation of the three classes. And after that, we can go home and have lunch.

The leaders, the guests of Zhongtang, and the Head of the English branch of each school in Chang’an, please stay and have lunch together.
