权宜之计（英语角）

Band-aid是我们熟知的创可贴品牌邦迪的英文名，就像创可贴起到应急作用一样，band-aid solution就是一个紧急补救，治标不治本。

例如：international protection ,whether by peacekeepers or humanitarians, can only ever be an interim  response a band-aid solution。（无认是维和人员还是人道主义工作者所提供的国际保护，只能是一种权利之计。

除了band-aid solution,half-measure 也可以指“权宜之计”，例如诺贝尔奖获得者，美国经济
