白俄罗斯首府明斯克发生地铁炸弹爆炸事件,12人死,149人伤

据伊塔塔斯社明斯克4月12日报道:4月11日发生在白俄罗斯首都明斯克地铁的恐怖炸弹爆炸事件已经造成12人死亡,149人去医院救治。据估计炸弹的威力相当于五公斤TNT炸药。放在站台长椅上的炸弹里装有许多切断的钢筋头、钉子和15mm直径的金属球.造成了严重的伤害。白俄罗斯总检察长办公室的官员认定这项爆炸事件属于白俄罗斯刑法第289款规定的恐怖主义事件。

据说这是苏联解体以来白俄罗斯经受的第一次恐怖爆炸事件。

伊塔塔斯社明斯克4月12日报道:明斯克市长 Nikolai Ladutko 在发生爆炸的地铁站对记者说:每一位爆炸案死难者的家庭将得到一万美元的政府抚恤金,一共有12人死亡,150人送医院治疗,其中重症伤员近四十名,有三名伤员是俄罗斯人,其余都是白俄罗斯公民。

伊塔塔斯社明斯克4月13日消息:白俄罗斯副总检察长安德烈·西弗德(Andrei Shved)向记者披露至今已有12人死亡,151人住院治疗,其中重伤为40人,中等程度的伤者为58人。他所领导的一个刑事侦查组正在追究爆炸案的真凶。
