在南侧设置了暖色调的阳台，阳台有助于室内冬暖夏凉。阳台外层和阳台与房间的边
界都设置了可以滑动的玻璃门窗，双层缓冲区降低了公寓的热损失。顶层公寓有宽阔
的外廊和平台，部分单元客厅是双层高。西侧建筑呈阶梯状的退台，上面布满屋顶绿
化，用作私人阳台，为房间提供开阔视野并营造良好室外条件。
The plot is exceptional: widely visible from the corner
of Avenue of Flanders, it is very
close to the Bassin de la Villette and it benefits of such a length
of 36 meters of
frontage facing south.
Some options obviously emerge :
_Using the Southern front line by designing of a "thermal" facade
with loggias, will able
to regulate the temperature for summer to winter comfort.
A buffer space consists of two sliding glass windows that have
several environmental
advantages: the heat losses are reduced, the heat from sunlight is
absorbed by the
floor and walls during the day and then released at night, and
fresh air provided by
controlled mechanical ventilation is then preheated.

the north and
rooms with balconies shooting south. Some flats even have a double
height in the living
room.
