塞维利亚是一个兼具两种性格的城市：在白天，她展现着她优雅的历史，人们慵懒而宁静
地生活；而到了夜间，她猛然迸发出无限的激情和活力，美丽的弗拉门戈舞者在酒吧里、
在广场上，与城市一同释放出诱人的味道。
我们希望建筑是融入这个城市的，于是我们试图赋予建筑以这个城市相似的特质：在白
天，它有着平静优雅的姿态，入夜后，它则释放出弗拉门戈舞者般的魅力，夜越深，它越
美丽。
建筑外立面采用镜面玻璃，呈渐变电镀反光层，在白天创造出两端实中间虚的景象，强调
河道视线通廊，并严格控制建筑体量和比例，有如SEVILLA的古典建筑一般经久耐看且优
雅。夜晚，内部形体被打上灯光，其形式来源于弗拉门戈舞者的美丽的裙褶，绽放出无限
的热情与城市共舞。

Sevilla is a city with two unique charming characters:
during the day, she
shows her elegant history and people live a relaxing and tranquil
life; when
night falls, she bursts out indefinite enthusiasm and energy.
Beautiful
Flamenco dancers send out their attractiveness in the bars or at
the plazas as
well as the beautiful city.
We would like to inegrate the building into this city,so
from this building ,we
are trying to create similar characters of the city . In the
daytime,it is
quiet and elegant; in the night, it releases its charm just like
the Flamenco
dancers. The later the night is, the more beautiful the building it
will be.
Mirror glasses are applied on the building facade. A
blurred view is reflected
on the mirror during the daytime ,while the building massing,that
is designed
in a classic building ratio, elegantly merges into the surrounding
historical
buildings in the city. In the night, lights are thrown onto the
building inner
parts,whose form are inspiared by the skirt of Flamenco dancers.The
building in
the light shows boundless passion and dances
together with the city when night
falls.
